Old beds. Musty smell. Not enough bedroom plugs on both sides of bed

Everything but the room is stayed in.

The room i was in was small cramped no table to eat at. The most uncomfortable rocking chair in the room. The room we stayed in was the worst room ive ever stayed in. Now I will definitely make sure I rent the cabin

When we got there we were informed that the pool and the hot tub we're under renovation. This was very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay at this property. In addition, we stayed in the lodge. The rooms were disappointingly small. Even when we moved to a bigger room with two beds, there was only one lamp in the entire room and a light in the bathroom was flickering. The rooms were antiquated and unreasonably small for the price.

Our visit was ruined because of the $25 per day activity fee for nothing. The pool was closed, the lake activities closed, the ground snow covered so no outdoor activity really available. When I complained I was told it also covered the gym, parking and maintenance of the facility. There was not enough parking near the cabin, had to park about 300 feet away fron the 100 foot walk with 23 steps to our cabin. I pay my maintenance at my home resort and don’t expect to pay it on an exchange. We left early to save $100 in activity fees.

The location

There was a big bug in the bed of the room we were scheduled to be in. We had to request another one.
