We really enjoyed our stay here, we were far enough away from the’strip’ but had the rock and roll bar down the rd, lovely clean hotel, food was lovely and no rushing around to get it, only problem for me as a vegetarian was that not everything is labelled, pool was clean, overall a lovely stay 😍

Stayed at the Deloix 20-27 March 26. Last visited in 2023. The hotel was spotless, room cleaned to a high standard everyday. Shampoo, shower gel and hand-wash (large dispensers), now installed in the bathroom. Food was excellent, with a wide variety of Spanish food. The choice of salad items was vast, alongside fish, cheeses and sweets. Majority of staff are very pleasant and helpful. The drinks were of good quality and reasonably priced.

It was a fantastic stay. We loved the indoor pools. We there over Christmas and there were loads of entertainment All inclusive was great.. enjoyed the pins colada. Only thing missing was if they could prepare something in vegetarian option. Vegetarian options were limited and repetitive. But over all a relaxing and fun stay

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Food was warm at best, and poor selection for Europeans. Got very ill one evening after my meal and when I reported this at reception I did not even get an apology. There was no English channells on TV and When maintenence was sent to see could he gt them up he said the Hotel will not pay for these channells. This is a bad reflection on the Hotel if they do not consider all there guests, not just Spanish. I would put this hotel down as a three star. Will not b3 visiting this Hotel again.

We family of four (2 adults and 2 kids under 6 yrs) at Hotel Deloix on an all-inclusive basis and were very disappointed with the overall hospitality and service quality, especially considering this is advertised as a 4-star resort. Key Issues were 1. Dietary Requirements Ignored: Despite contacting the hotel two weeks before arrival and sending a reminder about our vegetarian dietary needs, we received no response. At time of check-in, they acknowledge receipt of my request while talking to them. And we were told to speak to buffet staff before meals, but they were unprepared and uninformed. There were no allergen or vegetarian labels on any dishes, and when we ask staff often didn’t know what was in the food. On one occasion, we were served rice with prawns and ham despite clearly requesting vegetarian meals. Ultimately, we had to eat outside, making the all-inclusive package a waste. 2. Snack Bar Confusion: The snack bar was our only reliable option, but even here, staff wasn’t clear about what was included in the all-inclusive plan. Random charges appeared on our bill without explanation. 3. Language Barrier: Very few staff were welcoming or willing to assist non-Spanish-speaking guests. Most seemed to avoid interaction, making us feel unwelcome. 4. Towel Deposit Issue: I was charged with €16 deposit for towels, which was supposed to be refunded upon refunded back to card. Instead, it was added to our bill with no clear explanation, and staff refused to discuss it. 5. Hotel Room Heater issue reported several times and checked by a technician but issue not fixed but we were not informed. Checked with reception on 4 to 5 times all been informed it is fine but they asked technician to come show operation of heater then only they agreed that there is an issue with heater and not working. At the end, after 14 hours since first reporting at night 10 pm they offered us another room. Kindly let us sleep in new room at night and move the luggage next day morning. But main issue is transparency among hotel staff with customer. Overall: The lack of communication, no attention customer dietary request and inconsistent service made this stay disappointing. For a 4-star hotel, we expected much better hospitality and organization. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Hotel Deloix for international guests or those with dietary requirements.

Terrible experience explained 20 euros went missing and the next day my tommy hilfger aftershave brand new, went missing when spoken to the staff at the front desk said had no proof , very rude aviod of all cost if you want all your belonging stole.

I’ve been regularly staying at the Deloix over the last 3 years as my Mum is in a residence nearby. It’s not the Ritz or some flashy Dubai hotel but it most definitely is full of wonderful, genuinely professional and kind staff from the housekeeping teams, catering teams, the amazing bar team and the Reception team. They all seem intuitively connected like a family, always fully responsive and respectful to their clients - customer service is gold standard. Thank you to EVERYONE working at the Deloix.

We spent October half term at this hotel. We found the location to be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm itself but a gentle stroll or quick bus ride into the centre or old town. The bus stop is literally outside. We had a room overlooking the outdoor pool and it was very peaceful. Lovely large balcony. There were 4 of us in a double room with sofa bed. Plenty of room for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Every morning the cleaning staff were out cleaning communal areas and they do a fantastic job. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and it felt and smelt fresh every day - the cleaning team are a credit to this hotel. Entertainment was varied but quite a late start time for both the mini disco and filling acts. Evening meal didn’t start until 7:30pm which was quite late with little ones but there was the option of swapping evening meal for lunch if half board. Outdoor pools were cold but it didn’t stop my teenage son swimming outdoors. Indoor pools were lovely and warm, swimming caps must be worn indoors. My 3 year old loved the soft play and it is a great addition for little ones. Outdoor play area is also great and better for a wider range of ages. The games room costs money so if you want to use anything you need lots of euro coins. The food was the area I feel could be improved more. Breakfast was usually luke warm at best. Often had to wait a while for things to be replenished (particularly the fried eggs!) There was plenty of choice and something for all. Evening meals - Choice of soups, salads and main meals. Not always a lot of choice however that could just be me being picky. Overall we had a lovely week and were pleased with our choice of hotel.

11th to 18th Oct 25, Very nice hotel with friendly staff, very large rooms mine was 1st floor overlooking pool,indoor/outdoor pools are lovely, good selection of food, nice quiet location away from the strips madness, Benidorm palace just down road, 15mins walk to the beach, 30 ish to the old town I would stay here again.

Good points - hotel pool is huge but very cold however also have indoor heated pool. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bar prices are reasonable. Spa available at extra cost. Location is quiet with an easy 25 minute walk to the seafront Bad points - food.mainly lukewarm warm and meat is indescribable, soup was good at dinner and omelette station at breakfast. Unless you are all inclusive you have to buy your water at dinner/lunch. Hotel also hosts large functions eg. weddings. If your room overlooks the courtyard the noise will be loud until 4am!
