Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Was everything perfect? No but we made it work. Don't like this food try something else at the buffet. It's a buffet. The a la cart restaurants are fantastic. I loved all of what I ate. Staff anywhere in the hotel or grounds were very friendly, helpful and acc accommodating. Services like bell hops were a joy and greatly appreciated.

Bar Jarrita is the best! It is between the colonial and Family selection right on the beach. Leydi and Desideiro are the best bartenders ever! They will make you anything and go above and beyond to do special things. It was my husband’s birthday one day and they brought out a cheesecake with happy birthday written on the plate in chocolate and suprised us. They are wonderful. They felt like our own personal bartenders and they remember you and your favorite drinks. Go down to that side of the beach and enjoy! And say hi from us!

This is my 2nd time here at the Palladium and it was a blast. This was a great wellness retreat. Good food, beautiful beaches and massive pools with swim-up bars. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. Samuel, Angel, Juan, Jonny , Maria are some of the great people that I met there always smiling and always helping if you need to. I will definitely come again next year. ❤️

Sumptuori restaurant provided great dining experience, delicious food, excellent service by Araceli and Benjamin, we liked this restaurant the most.

We spent Spring Break at Palladium Riviera Maya. As travel club members we stayed at the Queztal Residence. Our butler Javier and Palladium Travel club staff including Maria and Anna were extremely attentive to our needs and made our stay very memorable. The food was absolutely amazing. The ala Carte dinners were on point. Our Favorite is La Boheme. The TRS beach has the best lunch ever!

I’m very critical and rarely go back to a place twice. Except here! The grounds and buildings and pools are stunning, people are waiting on you hand and foot, the entertainment is high quality, buffets and restaurants so lovely and food is yummy. Great mix of families and all ages of adults. The value is incredible for all-inclusive. I used Apple vacations, it included nonstop air and transportation.

This hotel has great amenities, the food was excellent from breakfast to supper (La Paisana ribeye steak was incredible). The staff at the pool was super friendly and has great vibes. We did receive stellar services from Karla at the pool, always a great smile and truly awesome human.

My 9-year-old son and I are just finishing our vacation at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa, and to say it has been the trip of a lifetime would honestly be an understatement. Everything has been spectacular, even with a few small quirks along the way. First, it’s important to know that this property is part of a large resort complex that includes multiple resorts within the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Resort & Spa area. My son and I originally booked at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa. When we arrived, we realized we would not have access to everything across the complex, so I decided to upgrade us to the Family Selection at Kantenah. This ended up being a great decision because it gave us access to more of the property, including the area where my sister and her family were staying. I do wish the relationship between the different resorts in the complex was explained a little more clearly on the website. That said, the reception staff at Colonial were incredibly helpful when I decided to switch. They walked me through the options and never pressured me to upgrade, even though there was a price difference. I was really grateful for their kindness and transparency. Now let’s talk about the property itself. It is absolutely beautiful. The entire resort is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and stunning. Even though the property is not brand new, it truly looks like it is. Everything feels luxurious and thoughtfully cared for. The pools are pristine and crystal clear. The only small suggestion I would make is adding a colored edge to the steps in the main Colonial pool to make the drop-off easier to see, similar to what they have at the Family Selection pool. Otherwise, the pools were fantastic. The beach areas were also very well maintained. We visited during seaweed season, so getting into the ocean was not really possible, but there were still plenty of clean sandy areas where my son could play and enjoy the beach. The food was another highlight of our trip. Because we upgraded to the Family Selection at Kantenah, we had access to additional restaurants across the complex. We ate at Bahia e Brasa, Portofino, El Dorado Steakhouse, and Adelita Mexican Restaurant. We also enjoyed meals at The Hacienda, The Nest, and Grand Azul for breakfast and lunch. Everything we ate was delicious. I have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and I can confidently say this was the best food experience I have had at one. I especially want to give a shoutout to José at El Dorado Steakhouse. His service was exceptional. He was charismatic, attentive, and made our dinner so much fun. As someone who used to work as a server, I know how challenging that job can be, and he truly went above and beyond. My son also loved the POP Junior Club. I was a little nervous at first about leaving him there on his own, but the staff did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked and even told me I was welcome to stay if I wanted. My son quickly assured me that was not necessary because, according to him, I am embarrassing. He ended up bonding with one of the entertainment team members, Caibs (I hope I spelled that correctly), who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you for making the experience so memorable for him. Another incredible part of our stay was the butler service that came with the Family Selection upgrade. At first it felt very fancy, but it quickly became one of the most helpful and thoughtful parts of our trip. Our butlers, Jennifer and Edmundo, went above and beyond every single day. They helped us make dinner reservations, arrange transportation around the resort, answer questions, and even left small surprises for my son in our room. Those little moments meant so much to us and truly made the stay unforgettable. Finally, our room was spotless the entire time. It was always fresh, clean, and fully stocked with water, drinks, towels, and everything we needed. A special thank you to Nicolas, who took care of our room in Villa 47. We were so grateful for the care and attention he put into making sure everything was perfect. All of this is to say that if you are considering different resorts in the Cancún or Riviera Maya area, this place is absolutely worth it. Do a little research to decide which section of the resort complex is the best fit for you, but you really cannot go wrong. This was truly one of the best vacations my family has ever taken, and I am already counting down the days until we can come
