Friendly costumer service, still remodeling!!!

There was no hot water and I got a room with a jetted tub to help with my back pain on a really long trip, when I called the front desk they didn’t offer another room and no manger was available to discuss. They said they’d leave a message for a manger to call and left a voice mail for one in person but no call was received

This hotel was ok. Its not the Ritz but not a bad stay for a couple of nights. Room was decently clean and in OK condition. No major issues.

This was an amazing little hotel with a nice indoor pool, comfortable beds, clean accommodations, sparse but good breakfast, set in a scenic little area surrounded by pines. I really liked the sitting area in the middle with a comfy couch and ski lights. I enjoyed reading in this area. The staff were really nice and helpful.

It's not on the lake. The property needs a little work, updated. Customer service was good when I had to work with them. Room was nice, clean. TV was I believe a 32 " which is way to small. Breakfast bar was the normal. I would stay there again if I am in the area. It's right off US 127 freeway.

Location

Two of the last three times we have stayed there. The pool has been out of order. The room also had a funky odor.

Room was clean there was plenty of towels for everyone to use as a pleasant stay. Checking went well staff for helpful very satisfied

really cheap hotel

The rooms was nice and clean the whole place was very clean and didn’t smell. No bugs of any kind anywhere. Beds was very comfortable. I stayed there for 4 nights. 7/7/25 to 7/11/25

The pool and sauna was closed for repairs they should have said that in there booking of a room.the sidewalks all need to be fixed or replaced they are falling apart. One of the ice machines was out of service. Had to walk down the hall to the other ice machine for ice.
