Staff were very helpful with an early check-in on Sunday. Comfortable. Good location.

Rooms are surprisingly shabby (outside looks modern). Microwave was filthy.

No lift to upper level

Great location, free parking, very clean kitchen, bathroom basin & toilet; excellent comfy bed & pillows.

Bath was grubby , bathroom walls need minor repairs & painting.

Mismatched crockery. No rail for my 80 year old mum to hold on to to get into the shower as it was over the bath

We have been to these apartments before but with a different company. The rooms are basic but ideal if you want good value for money. The area is really nice and a tram ride away from all routes and centre of Melbourne. Also nice cafes and restaurants. The host of the apartments was helpful when we required anything

Unfortunately the room was dated. The bathroom was not of a good standard and needs some attention, cracks, tiles not very clean, there is a small cooking facility, we did try to cook however the cooker rings don’t heat up very well. We are coming back after our road trip, however we have booked with the other company as the rooms are same cost but to a higher standard, there is also no wifi with this company which we weee unaware of when booking an oversight on my part

Location was good, shame about the rundown building with cobwebs on windows.

Very old dilapidated building. Never been to a place WITHOUT internet. Only one drinking glass for 2 people and not enough milk for a cup of tea. Only 3 pillows, we needed 2 each. No one on reception to rectify problem. Sign on wall threatening to charge an extra $50 if room was not left clean enough
