The D Hotel

Me my partner and my two children ( aged 5 and 6 months old) stayed at the d hotel on Saturday 18th of January 2020. we were so disappointed to say the least. Upon arrival we were told that we had been placed above a 21st birthday party in the function room directly below us and that is it was too noisy to tell them and they 'had earplugs'. Not how i thought it should have been handle considering that we had young children with us! After this conversation we headed up to our room were we found there was no cot to be found. We had to request for one another 3 times until we were told, might i just add this was at 7.30pm, that they were unable to give us one as they were 'locked in a room'. So this resulted in my 6 moth old baby having to sleep on a mattress we removed from another bed on the floor. From here it gets worse. In the morning when tiding up before we left we found that the mattress we had ussed for the baby was in fact stinking!!! as we lifted it we noticed a large YELLOW stain all over it! I was disgusted. when Checking out we were asked and i put in quotes ' was everything okay for yous, you know except the cot' may i note this was said as a joke. I was going to mention everything above but by the customer service level i felt there would be no point. I Would not recommend anyone to stay here especially family's! Thank you again for the experience.

Location is great and staff very nice. Room was dirty and needed upgrade.

One night stay. 7.00pm reservation in hotel restaurant closed, apparently due to lack of staff, although my sister-in-law who made the booking and had a confirmation email had not been informed of this. Apart from this, our first impression of the hotel was very good, although our room was slightly disappointing , with lots of stains on the carpet and in need of an update.

Fantastic location, great family room and the staff were amazing.

Very noisy, first put in room next to function room, moved to top floor but then drunk people slamming doors all night

Great location, some of the areas are looking tired. The gym as advertised had a running machine a bike a few light weights, the bike was out of order and the running machine wasn't far behind.
