Great location. Hotel and room was large, clean, and met our needs. Parking across the street was 6 euros for overnight.

Service was very poor especially in the restaurant

Hotel appears understaffed at front desk, unable to call through and when queued to check in it was audible that persons able to get through were told that whoever they wanted were too busy. Room had a shabby carpet and overlooked another part of the hotel which included gutters full of weeds. Bathroom was clean and modern though the plug in the bath didn't work (broken) so a shower turned into a bath. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Overall a poor experience.

Well located , ok breakfast and no AC in the room

Reception staff were able to check us in early which was really appreciated as we were attending a wedding at 15:00. The room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable however the lighting in the doorway didn’t work all of the time. There was also a large stain on the wall in the bathroom and only two sockets in the entire room - neither of which were close to the bed.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Family room nice and spacious. View from room not so nice but that is not fault of hotel. The whole town could do with a facelift and tidy up. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Could do with more staff to assist guests by serving tea and toast to tables. The hotel is lovely and decor too but is getting a bit tired looking in places. Needs freshening up.

The hotel has nice modern decor, friendly and helpful staff and is clean and tidy. Our room was a nice size, it had a double bed but could easily fit a king? The bed and pillows were moderately comfortable. There was no mini fridge. There was a spotlight lamp from the street shining in the window and the curtains weren't adequate for blocking out the light. Perhaps they could look into getting better black out curtains. I've stayed before and had fabulous views of the river - the view was awful from this room - carpark and building site. I would request a river view in future.

Over all nice hotel but they leave snacks and water in room you think there complementary on checking out you soon realize there not you get charged for them good way of getting rid off was not empressed
