Nice urban hotel in the process of some renovations

We did not have WiFi services the whole time we were there and they did not care. They said they would reset it but never called the room to check. We called several times and never got any help. It was also very hot in our room and we were on the top floor. I’d never stay here again although I loved the location.

Hotel isn’t 4 star and certainly not worth the money. The food was poor and bar was filthy and badly run, I can’t recommend this hotel as I don’t think I’ll be back

Very disappointed with several aspects of this hotel (the only poor experience we had in Ireland). As no ice machines on floor, we called front desk to find out where to get ice. Had to leave message which was not returned for 90 minutes. When asked if we still wanted ice and responded yes, it took another 60 minutes to be delivered. Noise level terrible - employee access to floor across from our room and used throughout the night - very clearly heard in room. Also noise from adjoining room heard as if the people were in OUR room. Need to deal with the adjoining doors - maybe too much space underneath? Door could not be locked from inside the room (with chain or secondary lock) as additional security. Told front desk this and was told it's a fire security requirement in Ireland - although every other hotel in Ireland that we stayed at had a secondary inside lock. Lastly, water left in our room the first night but not thereafter - was looking forward to it.

Wonderful modern hotel.

Very disappointed with bar food ,not verygood chicken tough and chips were bitty and greasy oil needed to be changed.Arrived down for breakfast at 8.30am breakfast was terrible it looked that all the items were there since 7am all dried up and hard.,other than that a great hotel.

The hotel was perfectly situated for a wedding we were due to attend, and I loved how big and relatively comfortable the beds were. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the hallway. One morning someone decided to knock non-stop at the door across us at 6:30am (after we arrived at 1:30am the previous evening) this was rather inconvenient as it woke up us abruptly as we thought it was some emergency. My partner got very little sleep over the two days unfortunately as a similar thing happened the next morning... The nice thing was that I accidentally left my laptop in my room which they called me about and returned which was very nice!

yes it was great, lovely and comfortable. staff were friendly and nice. location is great as you are right beside shopping centre and restaurants. you dont have far to walk for anything. town is over the bridge 5 minute walk. it would be nice if the car park was finished as it is a bit of an eyesore, but to forget about it look to the right and you have the lovely view of the via duct, old docks and boyne river.

Lovely big room, but the pictures on the website did not reflect the actual rooms, saying it was pleasantly decorated. And the bed very comfortable . There is heating in the room . The website stated a mini bar - but this was empty ! There is a restaurant attached that serves Italian food and the breakfast in the morning was very substantial
