The D Hotel

Really nice sized room and very clean. A good night’s sleep was had. However parking wasn’t free but more importantly the 100 euro security deposit for any room charges is a bit steep without any advanced forewarning. Cleaning of tables was slow at breakfast as well as the ordering of hot drinks. Service wasn’t quite to standard of this quality of hotel expected. More staff needed in the breakfast room.

Nice hotel has a rather unfinished look about it staff in the main were very good but bar staff had issues not really a 4star hotel

Good Hotel, but no Air Condition . Situated in a very good location in Drogheda .

Came and stayed for a wedding. Slept really well until 11 and nearly missed my flight. Was very happy as was well rested.

This is a lovely Hotel in a great location with excellent food and great hospitality. Rooms are modern and I even received an upgrade. My issue however is with the Hotels check in policy, they insist on taking €100 on check in off your card as a security deposit and they only tell you on check out the refund can take 7 days. I don’t think this policy is printed anywhere, certainly wasn’t brought to my attention through Expedia. I won’t be staying again based on this.

Hotel was lovely close to shops and resturant food was good . nice bar with plenty entertainment at night live music was good. Only thing needed felt was a refurb and better beds as wasnt comfortable to sleep on . but apart from that good service and nice hotel .

Great hotel, lovely large room and comfortable bed, nice bathroom, only complaint is that it was too hot and no temperature controls in the room

Service poor in bar in the afternoon. The bar was busy with Bellewstown Races on but the bar food service was very poor and we were waiting along time before anyone came to serve us. The food and the hotel is lovely
