Property is great, but will never book through booking.com again, the room i selected was only $440 after taxes booking charged me an addition $200 making the room $600, claimed to be a “great deal” on booking and in reality i was robbed by booking stating that room was $590 when i booked another week on site instead for a total of $430 after taxes and fees. Booking.Com is a scam.

The manger is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable, Shes awesome. The maintenance man is very polite and pleasant and the housekeepers are also lovely.

The elevator being broken was tragic but they got it fixed and I am pleased.

Elevator don't work

Checked in yesterday with Ms. Nichole. She was very warm and welcoming as well as very helpful. Her customer service was exceptional. Before my wife and I officially checked in. We were able to see the room we're going to be checking into and instantly loved the cleanliness of not only our room but as well as the cleanliness of the hallways and the stairways. (took the stairs due to the elevator being temporarily down, but that was no issue since it gave us the opportunity to see the cleanliness of the stairway) . The staff we met on our way to the room were very friendly. Upon returning to the front desk to officially check in. We could not stop raving to Ms. Nichole how we loved the cleanliness and friendliness of this property. We did have one hiccup with our room only due to the battery in the fire alarm needing to be changed. Called down to the front desk to ask if maintenance could come. I can't even say 10 seconds went by and the maintenance man Mr. Sam knocked on our door. Without having any knowledge that we just got off the phone with front desk, just knowing he heard a room fire alarm go off, from the moment he knocked he was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not only did he fix the fire alarm but he also explained what the timer by the stove was for and what some of the functions on the microwave was for that we didn't know was there. To sum this review up This property is the place to come. The Staff is very exceptional and the cleanliness of this property is amazing . Big kudos to Housekeeping for cleanliness. To the Housekeeper that cleaned our room, I want you to know you did a very amazing job I truly mean it. You have truly impressed not only my wife but myself as well and trust me when I say that it is not a very easy task to do.
