I booked a non smoking room, but was told I would need to pay extra for a nonsmoking room when I checked in and only one roll of TP would be provided by the hotel during my 10 day stay any extra was on me. Really? Even if you confirm late check-in through Orbitz, the office closes at 7:00 with this chain. It is close to lots of places to eat, cheap gas and the Warehouse clubs and places to shop. I was working, so I don't know about Sightseeing stuff.

Unique about InTown Suites is hospitality service of Room Attendants/Housekeepings' beyond expectations customer service. I like/love the laundry room including its up-to-date technology that's remarkable!
