"Clean and spacious "

We came in here with family and had a great time! Clean and spacious studios with fully equipped kitchens are all we needed for one night stay. Convenient location to shops and restaurants helped us after we left. Good hotel for whoever needs basic hotel with fully equipped kitchen.

"Crestwood Suites / vs. / Town Suites"

I have stayed at Crestwood Suites of Newport News, VA many times. An extended stay works well for me. I would have given it 5 stars.. But to my dismay I arrived Town Suites had taken over Crestwood. As I walked into the lobby there was a sign stating that the lobby would close at 11:00 p.m. Then there was another sign stating that the lobby is not open on Sunday. ??? I went to my room only to find it bare. There were no essential utensils in the kitchen. I ended up going to Walmart so that I could fix a meal in my room. The next day a housekeeper was working on my floor and I took a bath mat to replace with a clean one. The housekeeper told me she was not allowed to do that. ??? There too many other things to mention, but I think you get my point. Crestwood offered everything a guest might need.

Where do i start, front desk gave us the wrong key, a drunk man came to the door after our numerous attempts to use our key, luckily he was not upset. Front desk apologized but we were not comfortable with what happened especially with my children with us.The hallways smelled like hampster and fecal matter. The noise from people upstairs and on our floor walking back and forth in the hallway and doors closing all night was horrible ( kept us up all night). The beds were not comfortable. However what was appreciated... the room was clean and smelled nice. The water was nice and hot.

It was only a quick trip, stayed only a night.The room was a little noisy at night, can hear everything right through the wall. Altogether it was a nice place to stay.
