Hotel RH Princesa

The Hotel was amazing the bathroom was cleaned every day,Staff were very good, rooms were very good had a Wonderful stay .The only thing with showers was no handrails a bit slippy my friend had to sit on the plastic stool as she didn't feel safe standing .Food was very good too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My mum and dad have stayed at this wonderful hotel around eight times, and it has always been a favourite of theirs, especially as the staff always remembered them. During their most recent stay, my mum sadly took unwell the night before they were due to fly home and was rushed to hospital. My sister, brother and I flew out to Benidorm to be with them, and from the moment we arrived, the staff at the RH Princesa were simply incredible. The reception team immediately helped us find accommodation within the hotel and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay. We had to extend our booking several times because of how long my mum was in hospital, and the reception staff were amazing — bending over backwards to accommodate every change and always checking how my mum was doing. The bar staff were equally kind and caring, constantly asking after her and showing such genuine warmth and concern for our whole family. The RH Princesa has always been a lovely, welcoming hotel, but this experience showed just how special the people who work there truly are. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism made such a difficult time so much easier for all of us. Thankfully my mum was discharged from hospital and we are all back home in Scotland now ❤️ We’ll never forget the care and support we received — thank you to every single member of staff at the RH Princesa for everything you did for my mum, dad, and our family, you truly are amazing! 💖 — The Harkins Family

We spent seven days here, just my daughter and I, and we had a fantastic experience. All the staff looked after us so well. The food was amazing, and the service was very, very good. We made friends with our cleaning lady, and she was very polite and kind. We will definitely want to come back to the RH Princessa. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and people who are coming, especially with young children, as everything is catered for and the staff go out of their way to make sure that you and your family are comfortable, and they always have a smile to make you feel at home.

This is an HONEST REVIEW of how I found the RH Princesa.I could have given 3.5 stars if allowed. Sitting here on our last evening reminiscing on the last week. We were very lucky with the weather, so helped a lot. The hotel itself is situated on a slight hill around 5 mins walk to the old town. The location is out of its control, but it only gets the sun for a few hours a day in the splash pool at the side of the hotel, due to high rise buildings all around it. However the splash pool is a great add on for the kids. They loved it, but the water was freezing 🥶. The animation team were amazing, really got involved and interacted well with the kids during the disco and kids clubs. Evening entertainment was very hit and miss. Some very good, some..........😭 We were staying in a room for 3. 2 adults and 1 child in a put me up bed. Not a lot of storage.Pack lightly and don't bring long dresses if you like them to hang in the wardrobe. The cleaners did a good job, working tirelessly throughout the day. One of our families room wasn't cleaned on the last day, but with a phone call to reception it was arranged promptly. BUT...... after cleaning they gave them a bottle of ant spray as there is an ant issue with some rooms, balconies etc. The food in the restaurant was just OK. Nothing special, nothing that makes you go WOW! You could probably put a meal together, if you weren't too fussy. Soups were good, fish soup was my favourite. Salad is a salad. Mains show cooking steak, pork joint, turkey, beef carvery, again very good. Some of the food I felt was disappointing to say the least. I know that there's a budget to work to, but try to think what works. Now onto the puddings. SHOCKING!!!! Why put cinnamon into nearly everything, rice pudding, custard, cakes. Very limited choice. Lucky there's an ice cream machine. Out of service one evening. I've stayed in other hotels in Benidorm, and this pudding selection was by far the worst I've experienced. Why is there no table service for drinks in the entertainment area. Everyone queuing up, with bar staff behind a counter. Would I class this as a 4 star, probably not, even comparing with others that I've stayed in in Benidorm. Would I stay here again? Really don't know. Very good for kids, like mentioned previously animation team , kids facilities are very good. Maybe as a family, but defiantly not as a couple.

Hotel is nice and clean and staff are very nice And there’s no mad rush for sun beds Downfalls are In the daytime there isn’t no pool entertainment or snack bar so there’s no food during the daytime between lunch at 1 and dinner at 7 Lack of draws in the room,we had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids and there was a standard size wardrobe and 2 tiny bedside draws for either side of the bed. The food is very repetitive and not displayed very well,for people with allergies.

Absolutely loved our week here. This is the first time our children have travelled abroad and the hotel had everything we needed and more. The reception staff were so friendly and even managed to rush us in to lunch on the first day after a long travel with lots of delays this was appreciated. It was our boys 12th birthday and was the best experience for him, when I asked him what the favourite part of the holiday was he said the man who found us a table every night at the restaurant (sorry I never caught your name but you were so friendly and the kids loved you!) All meals were amazing and so much choice. The gold inclusive was brilliant. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard and we loved sitting on the balcony letting the world pass us by. We didn't visit the indoor pool however loved the outdoor pool and the kids loved the slides and also the play area and the games room. Great location for both old and new town with everything in walking distance. We have loved it so much we have booked to come back next October again and can't wait!

This is our 5th visit in 2 years. The pros. Amazing staff at reception nothing is to much. The bar staff, these people made our holiday again and they remembered us. Their service and hospitality is 100/100 every time we went to the bar or they came and did table service. Bar/snack food. Very good again. Burgers/hotdogs/cheese and ham toasties, all great again. We stayed all inclusive gold which gives u all the premium alcohol brands ( each €8 per day) and premium beers. Food in the restaurant again second to none. Always something to eat and all different each day. Fish dishes are lovely. Breakfast is great u can have hot or cold. Entertainment in the evening is good fun for all the family. There’s a kids club outdoor pool and snack bar ( sessional ) plenty of sun beds. Big shoutout to marinara and Marcus from the bar. Cleaning service as always is amazing. This hotel is that good we are going back in 8 weeks for Christmas. This hotel should be 5 ⭐️ its that great of a place to stay in Benidorm

Excellent hotel, very clean , friendly staff. The food choice was a bit limited but was hot and tasty. The rooms were of a good standard with excellent friendly maids. What made this hotel was the friendly guests who all enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Having stayed in RH hotels before it did not disappoint keeping up to their standards. Having stayed in 16 different hotels in my times in Benidorm this hotel is firmly in my top 3.

Had a lovely week away staying at the HR Princesa, the hotel was extremely clean, the food was very nice, entertainment was enjoyable, All Inc drinks went down very well with fantastic bar staff. The majority of the restaurant staff was hard working and friendly however disappointingly 3 of the female workers came across abrupt and rude and talking about people as If they wasn't there but on the 3rd night as soon as I let them know I speak Spanish and could understand everything they were saying amongst themselves they went quiet and hid behind the counter looking very embarrassed ( we wasn't the only people that witnessed this and advise some training in hospitality moving forward for these ladies) Would I go back?... Yes but would involve the restaurant manager if it happened again.

3rd visit. Hotel is spotlessly clean. All staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Clients are mixed age and some families with children with a range of ages. 10 min stroll to old town, beach or strip , so ideal for most but maybe a bit limiting for someone with walking problems. Rooms are quite small but manageable for 2, wouldn’t like to have to share with 3. Good shower, fridge, kettle and tv. Room was looking in need of a freshen up, scuff marks on walls, wardrobe doors didn’t shut properly properly but no more than general wear and tear Really good selection of food in restaurant, but for me, the availability of sea food not as good or frequent as in previous years, or comparable to other RH hotels we have stayed in this year. That said I assume the hotel knows what appeals to the majority of their customer base. Still a solid 4 star hotel and good value .
