Hotel RH Princesa

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly hardworking staff, we upgraded to the Gold package and felt it was worth the additional charge, pool was a little cold but not a problem, good location and always something nice to eat, fifth visit to the Princesa but certainly not our last, only criticism evening entertainment, which was poor but overall a good holiday

Was not totally happy last time (June), and this was reflected in my review. Was even less happy with the hotel response to the review, and did pursue it with hotel and on social media. Our next was already booked at this point. To our surprise, one of the management team did directly contact us, and said she would review the points raised. Upon our arrival, the staff could not of been more helpful. The previous problem was immediately rectified, and they just could not do enough for us for the whole stay. At the end of the stay, we walked away feeling very valued as regular guests. A brief review of what, first time guests should expect, or look out for when making their booking. Firstly 3 suggestions that might help. Read the reviews, shop around for prices, consider booking on hotel website (deals can include free airport transfers, free meal time wine and water, 10% bar discount, very large voucher for use during your stay). Basic Information. Perfectly positioned in the centro area. Walking distance attractions include Old Town (5-10 minutes), Levante Beach (10 minutes), Mal Pas Beach (12 minutes), Poniente Beach (15 minutes), Harbor (15 minutes), Placa Del Castell (15 minutes). The latter is highly recommended. Beautiful view point overlooking Mediterranean, with its own bars, restaurants, soft music, artists etc. The Britsh Zone is a 8 euro cab ride, from hotel.

Excellent Hotel very pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff .Very welcoming had a wonderful holiday and booked for next year already. Good food something different every day .Wonderful Spa and indoor pool .All staff very hard working to give Excellent service

The staff welcomed us to the hotel. The maids kept it very clean and tidy throughout the hotel. There was a selection of different foods each evening to cater for different variation of people. The food was good and delicious. The activities and entertainment were good throughout the day and evening.

Location was brilliant, the hotel itself was brilliant, rooms with view, lots to do on the night, food was excellent. Lots to choose from. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Lovely hotel , staff very friendly, only criticism would be the restaurant, some foods not labelled and having travelled with a celiac she could not eat a lot of the food , as not many options , on 2 occasions we were given meat that was still raw inside, another was our room , the balcony was at a weird angle so our view when sitting on the table and chairs was the side wall of the hotel ( not the best view)

We have stayed at this hotel previously this was our third visit.We love it here always a warm welcome friendly staff from reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners to services.Clean and tidy, staff are constantly on the go and very helpful.Lovely food, plenty of choice would highly recommended and we will be planning our forth visit very soon.

Hotel was amazing staff were very friendly, the atmosphere of the hotel was great. Rooms where a good size and always cleaned every day, mine and my sons room was cleaned every day by Carolina she was very nice 😊

Friendly, Professional and helpful staff. Set in a good location, comfortable beds, clean room and a first class breakfast.

Stayed here a week 11th to 18th September with my husband and my brother. We had a twin room and my brother a single room. None of us could fault this hotel in any way. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, food was good. Really enjoyed it. Hope to come back. Loved Benidorm.
