Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage am Meer war auch schön. Hatten eine teure Poolvilla mit Meerblick!

Ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut nicht dem derzeitigen Zustand. Das Gym ist klein und es gab kaum Kraftgeräte und Gewichte, eben auch sehr alt und abgenutzt! Auch die Zimmer und der Rest vom Hotel wirken sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Preis entspricht leider nicht dem was geboten wird!

אהבתי את המקום, חוף הים הבריכה וארוחת הבוקר. חלק מהצוות היה אדיב והשירות היה טוב למשל אם ביקשנו חלב וקרח הביאו בלי בעיות ובלי לחייב. וגם אהבתי שממלאים מים כל הזמן לחדר ואת ההגשה בארוחת הבוקר

הניקיון בחדר היה טעון שיפור וגם היה ריח לא טוב מהמזגן. בנוסף לא היתה שום גמישות בצ׳ק אאוט והתקשרו חמש פעמים לוודא שאנחנו יוצאות בזמן שזה קצת הרגיש שרק רוצים שנלך. נחמד מאוד שיש הסעות לצוונג אבל אני חושבת שכדאי להוסיף עוד שעות כי אי אפשר באמת להשתמש בהסעה לשני הכיוונים.

Our stay at the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa was truly wonderful. Traveling while my husband has a broken leg could have been stressful, but the hotel made everything incredibly easy and comfortable for us. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They thoughtfully selected a room that made it much easier for him to move around and even surprised us with an upgrade to a higher category, which meant a lot to us. I would especially like to thank Maiya, the hotel manager, who personally took care of our situation. She was incredibly caring and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for our comfort. We felt truly looked after — I can only highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is a perfect choice for fans of The White Lotus—I truly felt like I was in the show the entire time. The on-site activities are fantastic, and the beach is absolutely stunning. It’s honestly the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve visited some truly amazing places before). The size of the resort is just right—not too large, but spacious enough for pleasant walks if you feel like exploring. The pools are gorgeous, and the beachfront offers complimentary kayaking and paddleboarding, which made the experience even more special. Every day, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink at the beachside pool, a thoughtful touch that really elevated the stay.
