Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa

Me and my grandmother stayed for 10 nights. The best experience, I cannot recommend enough. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and made sure we had all we needed at any time. Tasty food at all the restaurants. Thank you for making this trip the best memory for me and my grandmother, I’m forever grateful.

I have stayed at the Renaissance Koh Samui a couple times and every-time the staff here goes out of their way to show me love, respect and hospitality. As an elite member, They remember my preferred room and have it ready and assigned to me before my arrival. They help with my luggage from arrival to departure and nothing in between is too much to ask. It isn’t the newest of properties on the island nor does it have the best beach but it is quiet, peaceful and clean and sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay and hearing the birds is exactly what i need when trying to relax or get some new business ideas which is why i keep coming back. The clientele here is mature, reserved and considerate which makes it a pleasant place to be. A special thanks to; Art, Aung, BenBen, Peace, Kik, Sarawuti, Bao, Nui and Bolsy for always making sure my stay is pleasant. The only thing i would like to see improved is the quality of the water sports equipment which i love to use whilst staying here.

Fitnessraum könnte besser sein, Essen ist im Verhältnis zu teuer.

This resort is splendid..Our apartment was very spacious & kept immaculately clean - by the house keeping team. The gardens & the pool area are well maintained too. The reception staff, are super helpful & have good knowledge of the area Note: this accommodation is not that close to the frequented tourist areas & the amenities, its in a slightly quieter area - we knew this on booking which sits with us (our booking/our choice).. to get to Lamai, Chewang, or Fisherman's market or any where on the island, you will need some sort of transportation - as most aren't walkable, so unless your prepared to hire scooters or a car, or use taxis this wont be for you.. we used daily taxis, which obviously you'll need to think of the cost & figure this into your budget.. We personally choose to stay in areas on the periphery rather than in the centre of everything - as we do like some quiet time...On a plus side hire is easy & readily available & reasonably priced - we also used the hotels complimentary taxi service for free when available. All the staff here are fantastic, extremely helpful - but I would like to acknowledge the hard work of Green - who took care of our housekeeping, what a lovely lady - always goes the extra mile & took care of our every need, she is conscientious & makes a valuable contribution No complaints what so ever & I would highly recommend!!

Das Frühstücksbuffet wunglaublich reichhaltig. Da ich mich dort ausschließlich am asiatischen Teil bedient habe, konnte ich, in den sieben Tagen, die ich da war, eine ständige Abwechslung feststellen.

In der Nähe des Pools und des Strandes hätte ich gerne eine einfache Umkleidekabine gehabt, um Badebekleidung wechseln zu können.

Petit déjeuner passable, répétitif, plats chauds souvent pas assez chaud, restaurant vieillot pas engageant

Rénové tout!..des canapés au lobby sale , sol vieillot, trop de sable sur les escaliers près de la piscine, près des transats, des serviettes de plage usées indigne pour un 5 étoiles. Franchement décevant pour un hôtel Marriot, surtout pour le prix demandé. Les chambres hyper vieillotes, une douche du moyen âge, pour les toilettes : horrible!
