Wonderful, wonderful staff throughout the complex. Everyone is so polite, helpful, professional, efficient, friendly - every request is catered for immediately and pleasantly. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the hotel team who pride themselves on looking after their guests to the highest standards. We stayed in a garden villa with its own plunge pool. Excellent facilities! Very comfortable accommodation with everything you would want - and much more. The toiletries are all provided on a daily basis, fresh towels and bedding are standard and are all excellent quality. The mini bar, room service and room refreshments are excellent and very good value. The restaurants and pool bar are all fantastic and serve the most delicious food and drinks. The presentation of every meal was impeccable. The Spa is one of the best we’ve ever visited around the world due to the standard of the therapists and their wonderful treatments we enjoyed there daily. They all seemed to have an uncanny understanding of individual clients' muscle aches or mood and instinctively remedy any stress. Housekeeping and the 'nighttime turn down service' is second to none….absolutely excellent! Professional, discreet, efficient and reliable. Cleanliness was superb throughout our stay with daily fresh bedding and huge fluffy towels. The chauffeurs and hotel cars are fantastic, prompt and reliable. Would love to visit the beachside complex again in the future.

"Amazing hotel for a couple"

Amazing hotel, very nice and caring staff, the food and restaurants is exceptional. The pool area is just beautiful

Only downside for us was that the cupbords and furniture all together in our Deluxe Sea View Room could really use a renovation. The cupboards were a bit dusty where we wanted to put our clothes in. Also the extremely shallow water at the beach is kind of a shame, it’s only about knee high maximum for like 100 meters

We loved this resort. The breakfast was amazing. The gym equipment was in great condition. We were on the 3rd floor with sea view room and it did not disappoint. Pool area and beach were both really nice.

"The bollocks"

Fantastic setting. We had a villa overlooking the pool room 104 which was extremely comfy and spacious. Staff at the pool bar were a joy to be around Woodie Kik and especially Zee who is a happy cheeky very professional bargirl. Bloody Mary’s at breakfast sets you up for the day and I was especially looked after by Pooh who made me fishcakes every day big shout out to the very sweet trainee Blue. All in all a very good experience and will definitely go back. Thank you Renaissance
