Great location, very nice and contemporary design. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Javier at the front desk and Thiago one of the bell boys are very helpful!! I will definitely stay back there very soon!

Super friendly staff. Room was small but very confortable. The best shopping just steps away. I had a quick dinner at the bar, excellent ambiance and great food, as well as the breakfast Will definitely stay here again.

"Cosy boutique hotel in Madrid"

Gem of a small boutique hotel in the barrio of Salamanca in Madrid. Incredibly helpful and proactive, genuinely friendly staff from front desk, to doormen, bar and restaurant. Excellent follow up service and after completion of request. Eager to problem solve and provide alternative solutions and suggestions that responds to guest needs and is not formulaic. All basics are met. Rooms are in excellent condition, clean and thoughtfully appointed. Tasteful contemporary design without being over the top, or gimmicky. Great bar area that also serves snacks and cosy enough to have catch ups or reading. While the hotel is not in the central of tourist sites and away from the buzz, if you enjoy walking, and small hotels it is very accessible. Transport is easy to major sites.

"Salamanca gem"

This is quite a gem located in a terrific neighborhood. We had one of their large rooms which was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was very good and responsive. The room pricing varies from day to day, but I viewed the higher prices as a pretty reasonable value especially compared to other European cities.

"Wonderful base for Madrid"

We stayed here for one night before catching our flight out of Madrid airport and I wish we had more time here! What a gem! The service here was simply outstanding. So attentive and helpful. Really convenient for the airport while also being in a beautiful neighborhood in Madrid that felt more residential. Fantastic location with tons of excellent shops and great food. Rooms are small but well organized — but small rooms are expected in Madrid! The hotel itself is beautiful. We would absolutely stay again when exploring Madrid.
