Tótem Madrid Hotel

Staying at Totem is the best. The staff is great and professional, clean rooms, best location

Newly renovated with cool design. There is a gym in the basement, and an actually fairly busy bar and a nice restaurant, where I had a very good a'la carte breakfast. The location couldn't be better for the Salamanca area, it's full of great restaurants, cafes and shops around the hotel. Only complaint would be that the bed was on the hard side!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Madrid and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and offers a range of great amenities. My only slight disappointment was the size of the room—it was quite tiny. However, the cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for it. If you don't mind a smaller space, this hotel is a fantastic choice for your stay in Madrid.

This hotel was by the far the best one we stayed at on our trip throughout Spain. It was a beautiful hotel and it is not on a super busy street. However, it was still close to all of the action. Only a 10 minute walk from retiro park! The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The bar and the restaurant inside were also delicious! Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay. Great Location

Great atmosphere and close to the best restaurants

I was very disappointed when I found myself in a sad little room that was barely large enough to fit a mattress. The toilet was almost on top of the bed. The window looked out on a wall. The room did not resemble the photographs on the hotel’s website and felt more like a dark cell. When I complained to the staff, I was told they had no other rooms available. The breakfast was fine.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff; I would highly recommend.
