Beautiful winter sun vacation with the family. Extensive food options & variety in a well maintained resort. The adjoining reefs are easy access & abundant with a vast variety of fish & coral in the warm Red Sea in Dec. Restaurant staff are welcoming & efficient, ensuring a clean environment clutter free to eat. Entertainment quality & quantity was lacking. Maybe due to season & chilli nights but this should be adjusted to accommodate.

This is our second visit, and we had a wonderful stay! - The hotel has one of the best locations in its area with the unforgettable coral reef and snorkeling experience. - The kids club was safe, fun, and very well organized. - The food was great and clean, with good variety every day. - The activities were diverse and available throughout the day. - The room and services were clean and great. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and would definitely love to come back.

Huge hotel. Close to the airport. The hotel is beautiful particularly the outdoor space. We had a sea front room which was comfortable if a bit tired. Amazing view. The grounds are kept absolutely pristine. The staff are so friendly. Always looking after you. Food was good. Cleaner (room 1133) was brilliant leaving towel art that was so cute. The weather in November was perfect. But: It’s Egypt and dodgy tummy is the norm so we had to be very careful about what we ate , The majority of guests are Russian. We are English. We like queueing politely and we like good manners. Not all cultures live like we do! We got bitten really badly. Three weeks after returning and I’m still on antibiotics. Obviously this isn’t the fault of the hotel but be aware! The hotel is huge. If you struggle with mobility then this is definitely not the place for you. Going to the beach is a steep climb. For me, that spoilt the holiday and it was on the beach that I got the worst bites. Overall this hotel is very good but not for us.

We stayed at this awesome hotel as a family with kids, and we honestly can’t recommend it enough. The animators and the entertainment were especially on point!

As someone that comes from a totally different culture, i must say i was very impressed by the comfort, and hospitality the employees offered, the hotel is also very clean and pretty, and the food is very good!

Excellent hotel, beautiful reef, helpful Russian-speaking staff, a huge selection of varied dishes. Throughout the day, there are a variety of interesting activities, special thanks to Jemy The hotel is very conveniently located, the grounds are large and beautiful, with a magnificent pool. We will definitely return
