Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton

Overall we liked the resort very much.

Well, nothing major apart from the fact that the body wash was empty from the start of oir stay. It was refilled on the 1st room service.

Staying at Koi was a pleasure. From the welcome drink to complimentary upgrade to a suite which also happened to be a corner room which meant GLORIOUS views in the bedroom with the wrap around balcony. Was here for 3 nights and highly recommend. I was here for business and not really for leisure. Be mindful as if you want beach life, this is limited at this hotel.

Great hotel, lovely and quiet, rooms were fantastic, clean and well maintained as was the rest of the hotel and grounds. We liked the quietness of the hotel but also the ability to get the free shuttle to Frigate Bay at 11am and collection back at 4pm daily. All staff were friendly and helpful but a special mention goes out to Che’rise one of the waitresses and Kimberley from reception who went above and beyond for us. We had a fabulous 3 weeks holiday.

Koi is a jewel off the beaten path! Very nice and quiet - great for a couples getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life! The breakfast buffet had plenty of options on it and they mixed it up a little bit each day. Keresaw greeted us each morning and was pleasant and quick to fulfill any requests. So ask for her and she will start the morning off right and give you any local information if you want to walk /run the golf course is right next door with paved paths that you can do that on. So if you are looking for quiet, place with good service - stay at the Koi and make sure you ask for Keresaw in dining!

It was my husband‘s Birthday and they were so friendly to provide to him a Birthday cake. The staff is very helpful and the hotel has a nice view.

Had a great time at koi. The veiws where beautiful. The room was nice. The staff was friendly. Damion and che'rise from the pool restaurant was very professional and welcoming and very helpful. The room was cleaned by Cherlyn from house keeping. The day before we left, That was the only time the room smelt and looked clean she did a wonderful job.

There are some issues regarding this hotel but First of all: be aware that the location is far away from everything else.If you have a rental car its totally OK location. Be also beware that the the hotel faces the seaside so alot of sargasm and one cannot go for a swim in the sea. There was not alot of guests since it was a bit off season so the bigger restaurant was closed and you dont see alot of other guests in the hotel. Things that should be improved: There are two elevators and the whole week we were there one of them was out of order. The 2 one didnt work one night so had to walk up. Talked to the reception about it, but yes this is how it is...another night was also not working properly... I wanted the restaurant to call the room when our takeaway food was ready. The answer was that they know that some of the telephones in the rooms are not working, but not which one! Then you make a list and check every room within a week you know! When checking out the check was not correct as our room was charged with room service we didnt order. If this was related to the fact that we changed room during our stay I will not say but it took some time to get this sorted out. The breakfast in the weekend was a buffet and during the week a a la carte. The buffet was a dissapointment but the a la carte was OK. Our cleaner Liheylyn Hauey was super friendly but majority of staff is not. The pictures makes the hotel looks a bit more fresher than it actually is! We felt it was a bit dated but its actually not so old! It just lack som TLC from staff to buildings to food. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Wonderful stay overall. The Koi Resort has Beautiful and clean rooms and caring staff. Damion in dining and Kimberly at Reception are the staff that went above and beyond. If there was ever an issue, the staff would care for us right away. Only downfall, I wish the hotel had the sea wall up to keep the seaweed out so we could swim in the ocean but overall, glad we came to Koi

Our stay at the Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. We chose this property to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect setting. What stood out most was the staff. Within a day, they made us feel like family. Their genuine care and attention carried through every part of our stay—from the front desk to dining to concierge services. The resort itself is a true retreat. The peaceful atmosphere, ocean breezes, and beautiful pool area created a relaxing, almost dreamlike environment. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean framed by tropical greenery—an unforgettable way to start the day. Dining was a highlight. Rajit and the restaurant team were incredibly thoughtful in accommodating my vegetarian diet, and every meal—whether at the bar or in our room—felt personalized and special. Chuck at the front desk went above and beyond, even assisting us with getting around, and the concierge team offered excellent recommendations that enhanced our trip. We also loved exploring St Kitts and Nevis. The people were welcoming, the island felt safe, and there was a strong sense of pride in the community that made the experience even more meaningful. The spacious rooms, beautiful ambiance, and well-equipped amenities—including the gym—made everything feel effortless. This was more than a vacation—it was a truly special experience. We’re already looking forward to returning.

The staff at The Koi Hilton resort was great! They are so helpful and kind. Kimberly, J'henell, Raheem, steKani, Cherylnn are all top notch professionals! I celebrated my birthday 🎂 here. Cherylnn did an Amazing job with decorating my room to make me feel super special. My room was clean, smelled great and so comfortable. The manager Kimberly made my stay EXCEPTIONAL. The entire staff made making reservations, calling taxis, airport pickups seamless. The property is very clean and modern with a very tranquil feel. The view from my room was simply breathtaking! I'm glad I chose here.
