"Pleasant Experience"

The koi resort staff was amazing. They made the trip three times better. They were pleasant and helpful every step of the way and they made me feel comfortable on the island. The staff were very friendly especially Ms.Edris, Raheem and Keresaw. Everyone was so polite and made sure we were doing okay.

"Overall Great Experience"

Nice and quiet compared to some of the other resorts on the island . We stayed a week and it was wonderful! The whole staff is welcoming and friendly! The restaurant/pool bar is also very good ! The actual Koi Restaurant is being renovated currently so we hate we missed out on that but definitely look forward to it in the future! I definitely recommend this place if you don’t like all the hustle and bustle of the larger resort crowds

"Unresolved Refund After Early Check‑Out Due to Family Emergency"

I have book a family trip 2nd - 5th December 2025. the total cost for the stay usd $604. I arrived at the hotel about 9 pm there time, upon arriving at the hotel and check in I was notify of a family emergency that I had to attend to the following morning, which would mean I had to check out the following morning. I advise the attendant that was on duty that we have to leave because of an family emergency. I was told that is ok and my payment would be pro-rated just only for the one night stay. It have been 3 plus months now and I still have not received my pro-rated refund. I was told the differance had gone to cancellation fees and verious misselanous charges that was not stepilated when i booked my hotel. I have made several attempts to have this issue resolved but no such luck. This is dishonest hotel practice we spend hours working to get funds and pay to go on these trip and these hotel have zero flexibility and consideration about there guest. Guys I just want to share DONT HAVE ANY MISS-FORTUNE HAPPEN WHILE YOU ARE ON VOCATION. Big brand company such as HILTON / KIO RESORT are not in the business of honest business practice and good customer service.

The Hotel Koi Restaurant has a great selection of food. I have spent 9 days in the place and all my meals were delicious! The restaurant team as well as whole staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, I would like to highlight performance of Chef Rajat. He is very professional and talented cook! Thank you very much to whole team!
