I wish there would have been hand soap at the bathroom sink. I had to use the body wash from the shower.

The hotel building seems suitable for a more luxurious concept. Very well located. Reasonably priced.

There is no bar and complimentary coffee is only at selected times. Room service is not provided during the stay.

The rooms were lovely, extremely clean and well appointed. The location was perfect! We could walk to everything in old town Staunton.

Our king sized bed was comfortable but the bed pillows were not. They need softer and fluffier pillows. Also, I wish the hot tub had been working, it was out of order.
