RedDoorz at V Plaza Hotel Manila

Our family would like to express our disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. We booked and paid for three (3) rooms, however upon arrival, we were only given two (2) rooms because, according to the staff, some rooms were under renovation. This caused inconvenience and discomfort to our family. Additionally, we encountered several issues during our stay: * Upon entering the room, we immediately saw a cockroach, which gave a very poor impression regarding cleanliness. * Room 401 had a defective door key and was very difficult to open without staff assistance. * The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. * The air conditioning unit in Room 407 was not functioning properly, making the room extremely hot. * Because of this, we were transferred to Room 411, which only had fan cooling and was still uncomfortable. * The telephone shower was broken. * The water dipper (tabo) was also broken. * All televisions in the rooms were not working. * There was no security guard present in the establishment, which made us feel unsafe during our stay. * There were also no staff available 24 hours to immediately assist guests whenever concerns or emergencies arose. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations and the quality of service was very disappointing. We hope management will take immediate action regarding these concerns and improve the condition of the facilities and services for future guests.

These hotel are scammers, They promise to give back room deposit in 2 hours when we left. But in one week we didnt recive anything. I have go back but on reception said that they alredy transfer it back. There it was one girl aswell with thesame problem. I think that staff is stealing..

You charged my credit card more than the price I booked for the room. Such a scam! 😡😡😡
