Las habitaciones están bien pero necesitan algunas mejoras, en la cocina la placa eléctrica tardaba un montón en calentar, y en el baño cambiar la bañera por una buena ducha creo que sería más práctico.

El apartamento era amplio,con una terraza que me encantó En cada sitio una piscina y la piscina con los toboganes genial. Recepcionistas muy amables y siempre atentos a ayudar.

We have just returned from the hotel and I wanted to write a review to thank all the staff we encountered. I travelled for a last minute short trip with my youngest two kids without my husband. My son had a medical emergency on our first night, which was not a nice experience in a foreign country. Patricia the hotel manager was absolutely amazing to us during our time there, she provided us with everything we needed and checked on us daily, I felt safe staying there. All the staff were kind and helpful that we encountered. Thank you Patricia xxx

Arrived late at night and honestly the welcome set the tone straight away 🙌 Reception were great and even the security guard walked me to my room — nice touch after a long day travelling. First impression of the room… BIG. Like properly spacious. Everything you need if you’re doing self-catering — no messing about. Bed was super comfy too, which always matters after a late arrival. And then… two balconies 😅 Yes, TWO. So you can literally pick your vibe depending on the time of day. There’s also a supermarket on site and it’s actually decent — not one of those overpriced tiny shops. Had everything I needed which made things really easy. Breakfast was a win as well. And I’ve got to say — first time I’ve had proper sausages in mainland Spain or the Canaries 👀 so that was a result. Overall, really nice stay. Chill, easy, no stress. Only reason it’s not a full 5⭐ from me is the weather — bit unlucky there, but obviously nothing the hotel can do about that. Would I come back? 👉 100% yes.
