Good location, around 10 min walk to beach and marina. Kids entertainment very good. Rooms are clean and a well equipped kitchenette in room. Pools lovely but a little cold in April. Even the heated ones.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement. Il est assez spacieux et propose fréquemment des animations pour divertir les enfants. Il est également très bien équipé, avec un bar sportif, un spa et de nombreuses piscines. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent. Je le recommande vivement pour un agréable séjour en famille.

Je dois admettre que j'ai rencontré quelques difficultés avec la literie. Pour ma part, la qualité de la literie est d'une importance capitale, et après avoir l'habitude d'un couchage haut de gamme chez moi, j'ai trouvé le matelas de l'hôtel un peu moins confortable. Cependant, comme il ne s'agissait que d'un séjour d'une semaine, cela n'a pas gâché l'ensemble de mon expérience.

We really liked the fact we had a pool outside our apartment which was only shared with a few other people. Most of the tome we had the pool to ourselves. We could get a sunbed at any time of the day. The whole complex was very clean

There was never enough staff at the pool bar and the bar at the adult pool was closed. The staff were amazing all so friendly. Check in was very slow, yet again very friendly just need more people.

All the staff are amazing and work so hard and long hours to help make THB Tropical Island a lovely place to stay. It’s clean and well maintained everywhere, beautiful pools and gardens and food choice and quality is brilliant. We stayed in a deluxe garden view room (1st floor) which had everything you need with some nice extra touches such as fridge, kettle, clothes airer, safe etc. Reception dealt immediately with a couple of requests we had which was much appreciated. We didn’t go to the entertainment so cannot comment on that - we just went in the sports bar in the evenings for a couple of drinks, was basic in there but lovely staff. Pool snack bar was also great. Main pool bit chilly but amazing to have vast amounts or sunbeds and parasols so you never had to worry. It’s was our children’s first abroad holiday (age 14 and 9) and they really want to go back to Lanzarote and THB again next year! Unfortunately all inclusive no longer an option as this would make it a more affordable possibility for us to return. Thank you THB Tropical Island - we had a fantastic holiday, made precious memories and would love to come back!

la habitación muy buena, y las zonas comunes, no nos dio tiempo de disfrutar de la piscina, y la cena, sólo fuimos hacer noche, ya que trabajamos.

Le côté fruits pas très bon. Peu de choix de fruits puis sans goût et un peu passés. En plus pas très propre
