Need a bit of attention to the surroundings area of this property There is a homeless spot to a vacant terra When looking out the window you see them peeing

Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Speaks English. Location was central. Big mall 3 blocks away. We will stay here again in the future.

The property was centric, and well known by taxi drivers. The building. is well maintained.

The service staff have a very difficult time understanding English, even when they seem to understand, we receive several calls with incorrect information and have to clarify instructions over and over for checkout and taxi service. The room and hall way had a terrible smell. The floors do not feel clean. They initially lost our reservation and we had to email them our confirmation. Only bright spot was that the breakfast was half decent.

Rooms bit old and tired but other areas of hotel good.

The location of the Hotel is great but there's not AC in the room or if is they have it is very poor or need some kind of maintenance, other than that is awesome the facility.... the staff was very friendly.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture Is so outdated. The whole hotel looks like it’s hasn been maintained since the early 80’s! The windows are thin glass in an extremely noisy and polluted city. The glass is very dirty, and so are the thin old curtains. The pillows had brown stains. There was only two power points. The worst was on my last morning, ahead of my flight: I got in the shower, and there was no hot water. When I complained to Reception, the girls just laughed and said “I yeah, we have problems with our water system!” I really thought it was a joke. What she didn’t have the brain to realise is that it was an insult to themselves, to their business, to their customer, and to their struggling country! Lima is a land of deception, pollution, noise, aggression, and annoying impolite merchants. This hotel is no exception.

Very friendly staff and decent buffet style breakfast

Breakfast was quite standard. Rooms were a little old. Some single rooms were different from other single rooms. Toilet was acceptable.

Room and breakfast was fine, nothing special. Hotel is in not the best area.
