Air conditioning is not working. we used fan. But other things are good for us. Clean room and bathroom. Hotel location is near by downtown. we walked to almas plaza and chinatown, in the other hand traffic is noisy...

The staff is nice, the hotel is old and needs lots of work. I think that it should be max 40 usd.

Fairly good location to Lima's historic center. Rooms are basic. Nice lobby and elevators.

Wi-Fi is not good at all. My friend and I had to use our phones by the door to get good reception. Service is good. Lobby looks nice and clean. Breakfast is okay. However the neighborhood is always busy, loud, and sketchy.

Hotel is in downtown Lima so all plazas, churches, museums as well as ton of food places is in walking distance. It takes approx 30 mins and 30 Peruvian Soles to reach the hotel. The hotel can also arrange transportation for you for the same amount payable directly to driver. You can also use Uber. Hotel is located right on the main road (busy street), so easier to spot. Clean lobby, English speaking Staff and included breakfast. The building seems to be old and as you enter your room, the old and ageing furniture smell gets in. There is some old and scratched furniture in the room but in manageable condition. We stayed for one night so did not bother much. Rooms are spacious and if you take a high floor, you will get a good view of the city.

During our road trip in Peru we stayed three times at this hotel and for three times we had rooms on the thirteenth floor, once we had suite B (so it was an upgrade for us as we paid for a standard room) and twice the same standard room. Overall our rooms were clean but the furniture was very dated. The bathroom was clean as weel (with bidet), with basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We were lucky we had rooms on the 13th floor as windows are old with thin glass, so the noise coming from the street was not a problem for us, but I assume that if we had a room on a lower floor this would have been a big problem. The air conditioning never worked during the three periods we spent at this hotel so the rooms were hot and we had to ask for a fan. Given that it was summer and the weather was hot even at night, this is something I don't accept from a hotel which gives itself three stars. Breakfast was very poor. Anyway, the hotel has a big private area for parking the car and this is very important in a city like Lima. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, central and close to Plaza San Martin, even if the area at night doesn't seem very safe.
