San Agustin Riviera

Stayed there for 3 nights in early December - very unsatisfying! Unfriendly / uninterested reception staff Rooms appeared not clean at all. Had a little desk - but no chair An extremly small bathroom Loud ttraffic noise all night long - very poor windows that offered no sound protection whatsoever Extremly poor breakfast

The noise was terrible I can't sleep well. The rest was ok

Amazing hotel, just blocks away from a major city center. At first, I had some reservations, but I spoke to the front desk attendant who did a great job of explaining where all of the attractions were and also setting up transportation. I will stay again, if ever in Lima.

A lot of noise at nights. Looks like some parties are around, noisy and annoying. Windows are dangerous, very low, no protection (specially for children, 11th floor). It is only a single fan per room to be used on summer (not enough!!).

Pro: Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Not that bad located. You can walk the most important thing in 20 minutes. Welcome drink (pisco sour) Contra: The bathroom could be cleaner. No aircondining, just ventilator. Very old the whole Hotel, could need a renovation. Loud, because the windows are also old and thin. Resume: We did not get what we expected, but it could have been worser. This hotel is between 2 and 3 stars international standards i would say.

Arrived and the room was sweltering. Called - no a/c - on extremely busy, noisy street so couldn't leave windows open. Stayed 6 nights and apparently they turn the a/c off at 12 mid and then the room heats up very fast. Never, never got an internet signal. Other than that, the hotel was actually very clean and the rooms were not bad. It is though not in a very good part of town and it wasn't really close to anything.

Not in the safest area , while I did walk to the plaza , I was warned by others to be careful . It's is a seedy area, prostitution and drugs . Hotel looked good from lobby . I stayed on thirteenth floor . Room was basic and cramped . Poor view and window acess Neither heater or fan worked , or maybe it was just power point . Breakfast was poor Staff were friendly and helpful but not a hotel I recommended for the price . It was clean but furniture was very dated

Clean. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of places to see within walking distance. The free wifi and breakfast was very convenient.

the room smelled disgusting! the floor was very dirty! the toilet was not clean! elevator dangerous! staff does not speak English! the restaurant brought rotten food! awful hotel

Quick overnight at this hotel after flying in late at night (hotel was booked at the last minute). A bit of a trek from the airport, nothing special and check in took a while, but the room was clean. Not the neighborhood we were looking for and we had another hotel booked in southern Lima for the next night.
