DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne's Manor

We loved all aspects of the manor/Hotel. Friendly & dog friendly too. Staff were great. Everything perfect, comfort, cleanliness & food areas. Grounds were lovely too.

The lateness of other guests 2-4 am both nights, not keeping their voices low, affecting our puppy to create each time. Would prefer quieter areas where people with dogs could be situated within the Manor.

Checking in was shocking , said I hadn’t been there before and that I booked breakfast, the person never believed me and just checked me in , no information about breakfast times , how to get to the room , or where to go to the pool and opening times. Bedroom small and dirty in places to of the plug sockets never worked , went to get some food a the bar had to wait for someone to come to the bar for about 10 mins. Sat outside all the grounds overgrown and not very appealing. Not what I expected from a Hilton chain :( should have just stayed at the premier inn where my family were staying and at half the price with breakfast

Unprofessional staff (no courtesy), below par room quality (despite booking a junior suite) and low quality breakfast (stale croissants and pastries).

The children got ice lollies on arrival. Rooms are large, modern, and well equipped. we had 3 fans in our room. The grounds are great for walks

Google search states they have a swimming pool, but unfortunately they do not.
