Would be good for a notice to tell people that they can ask for poached eggs if they prefer them or boiled eggs .

On the website I saw it mentioned a swimming pool but no pool on arrival

The grounds were nice and the location was good for the plans we had made.

The health suite was closed which disappointed us all. I do not recall receiving any information about this. Our room didn't have AC and the temperatures exceeded 30 degrees. Extra fans were put in the room but this did not help and we had two restless nights with very hot granddaughters.

Generally most things ok, Breakfast good, Main issue was lack of air conditioning! A brand such as Hilton I expected more! You can have an air conditioned room at Premier inn!

Fantastic family hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and a great location for visiting attractions in the vicinity. Friendly staff and nice environment. My kids particularly enjoyed the garden games and outside area to play - really nice during Summer for dinner and drinks in the evening - and want to return again soon!

Our room was really good, comfortable bed & pillows, spacious room, lovely bathroom, nice towels & toiletries. Nice outside space to sit. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice It was rather warm in the bedroom as no aircon

We were satisfied with everything, it would have been nice to have aircon but we had two fans in the room. Reception staff was very nice, sorry I cant remember the name of the Man who checked us in, but he gave us a warm welcome with a smile & gave us delicious warm cookies to take to our room, Pedro in the bar was really nice with such a good sense of humour. Thank you to everyone
