DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne's Manor

The swimming pool and gym weren't open, we we not told this upon arrival, nor were we emailed to let us know. We chose this hotel for these specific facilities and would have stayed somewhere else had we known. It waz embarrassing walking through reception with our summing etire only to find this out last minute. Despite a member of staff saying it had been closed for a month.

Nice room, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good selection.

When we booked, we had asked for a room near the lift (because of mobility issues) but the room we were given was a long walk away. It was quickly changed, so problem was resolved.

Lovely settings , room spacious

On booking.com was told there was a pool which would be open and it was closed. Very annoyed as that’s why I chose to stay here to have use of pool and spa which was also closed

Ver disappointed booked here specifically for the spa as it was our anniversary , wasn’t anything to say when booked that it was shut , whole reason why we booked here otherwise we would of gone to one up the road for the same price; awful how it’s still charged the same even though the whole spa is closed , only after the free cancellation date did it say on the email about it being closed may I add right at the bottom of the email after 1000 things so I didn’t see was too late to change it , very disappointed how can you charge the same rate when the main thing you advertised is shut

Very comfortable bed. Complete peace and quiet in a courtyard facing room, despite proximity to the motorway.
