Pool and gym was closed and we were warned about this!! No A/C either!!

Breakfast. Room was nice. Friendly with dog. Table tennis.

No air con in the room. No toilet brush in the room. Toilet paper dispenser was aligned wirdly so you pull the roll off when using. Would have been nice if the fountain was working.

The grounds are lovely and well kept

Swimming pool was shut very disappointing

From the reception offering us early check in to help us get a shower on a hot bank holiday weekend. To Dali the bar manager from Tunisia giving us an excellent and friendly service and giving us local recommendations for activities and a friendly service knowing our drinks and arranging for us to be able to eat on the beautiful patio out of houre so we could enjoy the sunset with beers and wine after a busy day at theme park with great table service. To the friendly restaurant staff and the complimentary breakfast which was delicious on the three mornings we used. Also the amazing food available in the restaurant for evening meal, the stunning grounds and public areas as well as clean and modern rooms with excellent toiletries and super staff throughout the property nothing was too much for them. Cant wait to go back again.
