The receptionist Ms Jacintha was very nice and welcoming always with a smile on her face.she went the extra miles to change my room as the one previously offered was not condusive for my medical condition.And i would also like to say thank you to Mr.Eliphas the waiter in the restaurant,he was very helpful and polite.

Very nice hotel at perfect locarion on Mahe Island. Rooms are nice and very good service. Especially Prem Singh, Tikaram guided us very well. Raj, the pool boy and Office Duty Manager Tesa were very helpful.

„I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room was disgustingly dirty, not cleaned at all, and it felt completely outdated, like from the communist era. The food was terrible, and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The communication was also completely off; when I asked about the transfer to the airport, I was given false information. The bus came at the wrong time, and despite asking, we were left at the hotel. In the end, we had to take a taxi to the airport ourselves. It was a huge disappointment, and I will never choose this hotel again.”

Our recent stay at Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort from May 23 to May 26, 2026, was defined by exceptional service. While the resort itself offers a classic, relaxing Seychellois vibe right on the beach, it is the incredible staff who truly elevate the entire experience. Ms. Tess, the Front Office Duty Manager, provided an efficient and welcoming check-in experience. Mr. Prem Singh and Mr. Tikaram provided an outstanding assistance like local guides, ensuring both our safety and comfort at the resort. Mr. Raj, the Pool Attendant, demonstrated great diligence in keeping the pool area immaculate and ensuring we were promptly assisted with amenities.

I was treated like any othe guests even if i was a Seychellois ,thank to Tess at the reception..

We have just returned from the hotel. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Gihan and Jacinda for their kind attitude and efforts to make our stay unforgettable! I arrived with a group of 9 people as the organizer of the author's tours. We were warmly welcomed in the morning and our accommodation was arranged as soon as possible. The hotel has everything you need. Great location, beautiful beach, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts and a friendly atmosphere. Turtles on the territory. Beautiful pools gazebos. I would like to express my gratitude for the timely first aid provided by Gihan when I was bitten by a stingray. He accompanied me to the hospital and provided assistance throughout the trip. The hotel staff's dedication to customer service made our stay enjoyable. The only drawback was the limited availability of towels. We would appreciate any suggestions to enhance the hotel's offerings in this area. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future!

Very nice place to stay and the staffs ( Tess, Eva, Nanon ) are so friendly to us while we're staying there for 7 days. We certainly go back there again.
