Brilliant ! Our second stay and cannot fault Le Genepy Apartments are super clean,well stocked and in perfect location Just very sad I’m not there still ! ..will be back :-)

We booked the apartment online and were a bit skeptical because it only had drawings of the 3 bedroom apartment. When we checked in the hostess took us to the apartment and said we had 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. This was different than the website description, but fortunately she misspoke as the 3 bedroom apt was brand new. The apartments are well appointed and comfortable. The “master” has a queen sized bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a wall closet; and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. All of the rooms have skylights with electric “black out blinds”, which made sleeping super easy. The only downside to the apartment was the lack of air circulation; no widows or ceiling fans. The bathrooms also didn't have fans, so the operator may consider installing them to prevent moisture issues in the future. The staff was very polite and professional. The location can’t be beat! You can walk everywhere, to include hundreds of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The Super U grocery store is a 30 second walk. Buy a store bag, but cross out the bar code on the bottom so you don't get charged again! The living room area had a small flat screen, but no issues. We brought our Firestick and were able to watch movies and US television on YouTube TV. The internet is spotty at times. Bottomline, Apart Hotel le Genapy gets 5 stars. Great staff, very comfortable apartments and an amazing location!

Excellent small apartment in the center of Chamonix. The employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I hope to stay again!

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. There was construction that started at 8:00am so we had to chit our windows which made the room quite warm. The hotel is very charming and ideal for anyone that wants to eat a few meals in. It is close to everything as well.

Location was fantastic. No parking on site so you must pay for off sure parking. No AC. It cools down at night and you can leave the windows open. Great kitchen.

1. The location is not so good like the web information mentioned. The road is still developing, so you need to get out of the stop of "Gaillard, Marché" and walk more. 2. It did provide a small kitchen with an electrical stove and a microwave but the supply for cooking and eating are really poor. eg., only a big plate + a small plate, 2 spoons and 2 forks. 3. The room size for a couple is quite big enough but the bathroom is quite small and old.

This hotel is perfect--it provides the comfort of an apartment with a full kitchen but with the services of a hotel--daily housekeeping, etc. The staff are not on site but easy to get in touch with. There are only 10 apartments, so it's quaint--and it's located right in the center of town with beautiful views. We were extremely comfortable the eight days we stayed there. It's even better than the internet photos!
