We were collected from reception and transported via golf buggy to our Superior Room, which was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—complete with a private balcony and modern amenities. Every interaction was effortless—they anticipated what we needed before we even asked. All of the staff were exceptionally mannered and eager to ensure a great stay. A special thank you to: • K. Joe – Always welcoming, we had great conversations about local fishing and traditions • K. Thi – Looked after us like family, ensuring every detail was perfect. I will be back to soak him during Songkran so be ready! • K. Mark – Made sure our Thai BBQ evening was unforgettable, and ensured our cocktails were on point. • Body – Always smiling and full of high spirits. • Mali B – Very polite and shared insights about the food, including a special Thai sauce recipe! I also discovered a baker from Europe was flown to the resort to provide training on various bread styles, good story to share and the level of attention to quality is clearly very high! One moment that stood out: I forgot to book our favourite table for the Thai BBQ evening, but when I asked, it was already reserved for us—just because I had mentioned earlier that we’d attend all the Thai events. That level of attention is rare and truly appreciated. Resort Highlights: The resort itself is stunning. Picture lush tropical gardens, a serene beachfront, and an infinity pool that seems to melt into the Andaman Sea. There are three swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers along the beach, so you’ll never struggle to find a spot to relax. One of my favourite moments was lounging by the pool with a cocktail in hand, watching the sun dip below the horizon—a view that stays with you forever. The on-site gym offers a great variety of equipment and is open anytime, perfect for those who want to stay active during their holiday. Indulge in a Thai Spa Experience: We treated ourselves to traditional Thai massages at the resort’s spa, and it was pure bliss. The soothing ambiance, gentle aromas, and skilled therapists worked wonders. If you’re looking for the ultimate spa experience in Koh Lanta, Twin Lotus delivers. Authentic Thai Dining and Entertainment: Evenings were just as special. The resort hosted Thai BBQ and Thai Buffet nights by the beach, complete with live music and traditional Thai dancing. It was the perfect blend of culture and relaxation—sharing delicious food under the stars while enjoying the rhythm of Thailand. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering fresh tropical fruit, live cooking stations, and a wide variety of Thai and international dishes. Super location and wonderfull bungalows! We stayed at delux seaview and we lovede to watch the beautiful slumset from the porch. The staff is very helpful and pofessional, especially Michelle the front office manager who was always helpfull and smiling. We highly recommend Twin lotus resort & spa!

We recently had 4 nights here and honestly it was nearly perfect, The room (Pool deluxe) was clean, spacious and had everything we needed - our opinion is that the outside could use a little touch up (I think because it’s slightly weathered), a bit of paint and maybe some new furniture would make this a 10/10, The outside space has a plunge pool which is nice and there is a shared pool in this bit of the resort which was lovely, Staff - amazing, always smiling and happy to chat, we couldn’t fault anyone we met, Spa - really well priced for a resort and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the massage/scrub package, Breakfast - lots of choice, good quality and no complaints from us, Main pool - lots of space, clean and modern area, Beach - the best part of the resort in our opinion, look left or right and you can stroll forever. There were always lots of sun beds about and it was perfect, Pool bar & restaurant - actually well priced with lots of choice and seating. Happy hour (most of the afternoon) was good value. What we didn’t really get or would want to make this a 10/10 resort - the only place to eat at night was the beach restaurant which is used all day as a lunch spot, with a resort like this we would have loved another/alternate area to eat. Yes, you can stroll down the beach to lots of different places but having maybe a nicer indoors option would be nice. Overall - the opinions above don’t take away from the fact this is an amazing resort and if you get a chance to visit don’t hesitate.

We had such a wonderful experience during our stay at Twin Lotus Resort & Spa Koh Lanta. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and welcoming. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — serene atmosphere, well-kept grounds, and a perfect beachfront view that made our stay truly relaxing. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mark and Michelle, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality really made a difference and made us feel right at home. We also want to extend our gratitude to the rest of the staff everyone was always smiling, helpful, and ensured that every little detail was taken care of. Whether it was at the restaurant, reception, or housekeeping, the service was consistently excellent. We left with such wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back again. We stayed at Twin Lotus again this year, just like in previous years, and enjoyed a wonderful week of vacation. It was already my seventh stay at Twin Lotus, and I can truly say that since my first visit in 2017, I’m still just as impressed as ever. Even with staff changes, the team is always exceptionally friendly. The hotel constantly strives to improve and give its best to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable holiday experience. I can highly recommend Twin Lotus: A beautiful hotel complex, outstanding staff who create a warm, family-like atmosphere, and a stunning beach where you can watch breathtaking sunsets every evening while enjoying a nice drink. Many thanks to all the staff and management for always giving me such a warm welcome — I’m already looking forward to Christmas 2025, when I (we) will once again spend a wonderful time with you.

Title says ADULTS ONLY but that’s only during high season. The place was crawling with kids. They don’t make it well known that it’s only for a short duration that it’s adults only so we got duped. Staff were rude, the room was miles from anything which sucked in the heat. The pool near our room constantly felt hotter than a spa so wasn’t refreshing. The pool near the beach was freezing and the wind was so bad it sprayed water in the your face constantly. Food was average and super expensive. Not impressed

We had a nice 3 night stay at the Twin Lotus resort but the hotel is a mixed bag. The pool looking onto the beach is stunning and right next to a pool bar/restaurant. There is also another pool nearer the standard rooms which was nice. The property is attractive and the room was spacious with an enormous bed and nice bathroom. That said, the overarching experience of the hotel for us was that things were often ok but not great. We booked our stay with breakfast via Agoda and arrived to be told our booking didn’t come through with breakfast and it was down to us to speak with Agoda and sort it out. We spent most of our first day on the phone and the issue was not fixed. At a hotel claiming to be luxury which was also virtually empty, we would have expected the staff to take some responsibility/sort this out for us considering it was not at all our fault. Additionally we were told this was a common issue yet seemingly nothing was being done to resolve it- very frustrating when you have paid for a service. Additionally there were small inconveniences which brought the calibre of the place down. The property felt like it needed a sweep and a jet wash, our room smelt damp, the lights switches didn’t work consistently and it definitely needed a good clean under the bed etc. Finally, the restaurant was in our minds pretty expensive as were the drinks (160 baht for an iced coffee, 250 baht for a cocktail). The overarching feeling we left with was that the hotel was nice, but nowhere near as luxurious as it poses itself as. The pool was absolutely lovely for a couple of days on our long trip to Thailand but I’d be disappointed if I came on my honeymoon or this place was a larger part of our stay. (Sidenote: Koh Lanta was an absolute ghost town in July so we were glad to be staying somewhere with such a nice view and pool area. The other resorts we saw down the beach looked extremely tired.)

Boasts itself as an adults only spa retreat but it isn’t. It’s crawling with children which is not what you want as a childless couple looking for a break. When we approached the hotel about it they were less than helpful and said we should’ve read the small print (it’s only adults only 3 months per year).

Had a fantastic time the hotel and the grounds are immaculate. The staff are fantastic and they all speak very good English
