Spa Zentopia - I have been getting massages for years. I have sciatica and Alicia was able to get it to stop. She also gave me stretches to do. Best masseuse ever!!’

Wow! What an amazing experience we had at grand palladium white sands resort. We’ve been to many other all inclusive resorts but this one has the best food and the best service by far. I want to show appreciation to the following staff members who went above and beyond, were attentive, and made our stay that much better: Jaoa, our concierge for our membership was accommodating and so welcoming. Oliver went over our membership benefits and was amazing to work with. Really smart guy! Colonial breakfast buffet: Miguel. A ray of sunshine and the energy I needed in the morning! Laguna Pool: we spend most of our time here and were truly fabulous and attentive. Drinks were excellent. Jacinto, Rafael, Yordi, and Eduardo Both our waiters at la Paisana and La Adelita (I don’t have names and I wish I did!) made recommendations and was above par We never had to wait long for a ride anywhere and everyone was so welcoming and wonderful

Grand Palladium White Sands exceeded our expectations in every way! The White Sands swim-up pool at Laguna Bar was the highlight of our stay. Jacinto, Rafael, Yordi, and Edwardo made every day unforgettable with their energy and attention—our drinks were ready before we even asked! A special thank you to our PTC Concierge, Joao, for arranging a private beach dinner that made our anniversary truly memorable. The food was excellent, and Oliver did a fantastic job walking us through our member benefits and showing us exciting upgrade options for The future. We are already planning our next vacation with the whole family!

Roger, Marco, Freddy, Juana, y Lupe were the best over at Palladium White Sands. They took care of us and were so friendly! They made amazing drinks at the Lobby Bar! Come see them! We only kept coming back to this bar!! They were such a vibe.
