Hotel was located close to Tian’anmen Square. Hotel was clean and room was larger than I had expected. Hotel staff was very helpful.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Beijing. conveniently located near the Forbidden City and T Square. Not overly fancy (price reflects that), but very comfortable and a delicious breakfast buffet with something for everyone. They have at least one English speaking person on staff who was able to check us in and get a driver to take us to the train station at the end of our visit.

Very good value for the price. Very central to major attractions, our room was large, well equipped, on the quiet side of the building, Nothing missing for making the stay pleasant. Lots of restaurants all around.

The stay at this "hotel" couldn't be more horrible. It was a disgrace. The staff is unbelievably rude: my partner left some make up residue on some towels and they wanted us to pay an extra fee to cover the expenses for the hot water needed to wash them (!!!!!!). We refused to pay that and they asked us to wash the towels for them (and I am not joking). Could you believe a hotel ask you to wash the towels they provide you?! The housekeeper entered in our room without permission to show us the towels we needed to wash and start walking in our bathroom with shoes without any respect of privacy. The room ar our arrival was poorly cleaned with the floor full of stains and the door was ruined, making it very difficult to open it and to close it. The shower was never hot and the water came out weak. If you want to come here do NOT expect a good service but I strongly suggest go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

Don’t let the hotel rating fool you. This is not a four star hotel, I’d say it was a two star hotel. Some of the expensive rooms are nice, according to some other guests, but if you book from other sites like Expedia, they give you dirty smelly prison rooms. Our room had NO AC. The temperature was preset to 25 degrees Celsius which is close to 80 degrees and would not cool down a degree cooler. The walls were dirty and peeling. The floors were gross and stained. The bed was harder than a camping cot. The bathroom was moldy. We were appalled. I spoke to several other guests who were checking out and they had similar rooms that were unfit for anyone to stay in. Shame on this hotel for deceiving travelers. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the breakfast buffet. Literally everything else was atrocious. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Never.

Great location, staff is friendly enough. For the price it’s a great place to stay in Beijing.

Excellent breakfast ,very clean hotel with good wifi. The girl in the travel office in the foyer was very helpful in organising any day trips required . This was one of the few hotels where we were able to use our own mastercard without a problem.

Good Location. Good bang for the buck. Most staff members don't speak english.
