The Inn at Stonecliffe

When you there, you don't want to leave. And when you have to leave, your first thought is, "when can I come back?" I'm coming back, but it won't be soon enough!

Staff VERY well trained and tried hard to provide friendly and attentive customer service.

Internal communciations system too complex for staff to maintain. Room 'phone didn't work. Maintenance person tried to make it work for 45 minutes. And failed. Never did work and hod to use cell 'phones to contact front desk.

Great location, ambience, and views! You felt like you were at your own private spot on the island away from the hustle. It was comfortable and the service was wonderful! The food was good overall. Loved the covered bike park area. We will definitely be back!

The hotel, room and restaurant were impeccable and unmatched.

Property was secluded and gorgeous. Lots to do on property. We tried out the dining room, the bar, and the back patio. We also rented bikes. Loved laying in the hammock on the beautiful green lawn. Also took advantage of the sauna and exercise room. All were impeccable.

The Stonecliff Inn was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever seen or had the privilege to enjoy! The staff was wonderful, warm and efficient. They made sure everything was beautiful for our stay. The food on site at the Straits WAS SUPERB, plentiful , and lovely. The servers were very knowledgeable and helpful in our selections. The Luncheon Pizza oven staff was also warm and friendly and the food was delicious! The grounds, bikes, and wellness center were impeccable! I look so forward to returning again and again! Our stay at The Inn was a step back in time, wrapped in the warmth of classic American hospitality. From the porch overlooking the Straits of Mackinac to the sprawling lawn dotted with Adirondack chairs, every detail exuded charm and tradition. The attention to detail in the architecture, the warmth of the staff, and the peaceful surroundings make this a truly special place. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere invites you to slow down; whether it's enjoying the views, wandering though lush gardens, or roasting s'mores by the fire pits. The Inn at Stonecliffe is situated in a quiet place on the island with a picturesque view of the Mackinaw Bridge. The accommodations are first class. The staff is excellent! Besides the pool and wellness center there are games for and fire pits for use by families.

The renovations at the Inn at Stonecliffe are beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and service everywhere was top-notch! This property is situated on a bluff overlooking the bridge and offers a more exclusive, luxury experience. Great for family, couples, solo travelers and friends who want to getaway from the everyday grind!
