Arabella Hotel Golf & Spa

This is an excellent hotel in which to pass a few days whilst in the area of Hermanus. The facilities are superb.

Lovely hotel with a nice pool, beautiful room and great golf course. There are trails to walk on. The spa was perfect. Only complaint would be the slow service in the restaurant.

Lovely, comfortable stay for 2 nights. The resort, grounds and surrounding estuary/ wetlands are beautiful. Welcoming and friendly staff especially in the lounge area. Child friendly which was a major plus for us. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to accomodate you. Awesome breakfasts with a good variety of options. The lady making the flapjacks/ pancakes deserves a shoutout! Absolutely delicious! Not to mention the ladies manning the egg stations! The eggs benedict and omlettes were spot on! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall great facilities and highly recommended. We would definitely return. And not to forgot - the live entertainment both on Saturday and Sunday evening were great! Thank you for an awesome stay Arabella!

Stay was good but not excellent, small things missing for 5 stars. Breakfast service a bit slow.

What a breath of fresh air to enter through the gates at Arabella! Beautiful, tranquil and breathtaking! All the amenities and food are next level. It is the place to go for rest, golf, and relaxation. The spa was wonderful. We were really impressed with the staff. Can’t wait to get back!

Great location. Wonderful views and facilities. Pockets of good service but overall staff morale low and could be felt through inconsistent service levels experienced.
