Arabella Hotel Golf & Spa

A piece of glass was in my food and discovered whilst eating and management has ignored this...Multiple emails have been sent to Louis,wayne and Michael and hey have decided to shove this under the carpet. Please be careful when eating at their Jumani restaurant and dont expect anything to be done by management if you happen to get injured at their hotel!

Nothing special as a hotel. Food and restaurant service very average. Golf and golf service were good.

Great hotel not quite what you would expect from a 5 star but not far off. Staff need a little more training in what’s expected from them but overall a very pleasant experience we would definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. More halaal meals should be considered though.

I stayed there with my disabled son, a facility we had used several times in the past. It was a refreshing experience to find staff being amazing in their attentiveness towards our needs. Although we did not ask for too much, what we did was provided with grace and courtesy. This hotel accommodation is rather dated but its location and service make up for that deficit.

I’ve stayed here before and was extremely shocked how much it’s gone down. Staff unprofessional and not always very helpful, noisy children under 16 in the spa area, the bathroom certainly needs a lot of attention. Totally overpriced for what you get. Will definitely not recommend it to anyone

We stayed overnight at Arabella as a mid trip treat. My husband played golf in the day we left. I was treated to a surprise treatment in the spa. We spent a day by the lovely pools and ate in the buffet restaurant as the main restaurant was closed. The quality of the food was very good, although there wasn’t a lot of atmosphere.

What a stunning location! Really beautiful and very peaceful - I can see why people would live on this resort (there is a separate residential area). The hotel itself has an incredible view, both inside and out - the entrance and bar (the ground floor - even though the hotel is upside-down) is stunning. The room was as expected and comfortable, if a little dated and scruffy if you look too closely. The restaurant (for dinner at least) is split in two, with an a la carte menu on one side and a buffet on the other; we had the buffet which was OK but actually the selection wasn't as good as it first appeared. Lunch was very nice, and breakfast (on which all hotels should be judged!) was average. The staff were absolutely amazing, and couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, even though a few things could be improved.
