The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful with local insight on shops restaurants.

Well run upscale modern facility with pool and beach plus rooftop bar. Secluded yet very convenient to restaurant,bar,beach ans shopping. Very close to beginning of the malicòn.

Beautiful boutique hotel with stellar service and amenities. Even though the non-ocean view rooms are microscopically tiny and basic (no chair in the room because there is no room for anything beside the bed, no irons, no balcony, suitcase is wedged in front of closet area that is almost unusable because it’s so small and the bar to hang clothes on is so high it’s almost out of reach unless you are tall), I would still stay here again because it’s a perfect walkable location to Playa Norte and everything you want to access there, but also quiet and secluded feeling. Next time hopefully in one of the 12 ocean-front rooms, which book up fast.

Hotel Secreto is the perfect hidden gem! The location is ideal - just a quick walk to downtown and Playa Norte - but still peaceful and relaxing. The pool has an amazing ocean view, and the rooftop bar is a must for sunsets, drinks, and live music. Our room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a small fridge and daily bottled water. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A perfect stay on Isla Mujeres, highly recommend!

Just got back from a week long stay with my husband. I can’t say enough great things about the property. Clean, friendly, secluded, but close to the hustle and bustle. Felt very safe. Our room had a fridge and safe. Coffee and water refilled every day. We stayed in one of the standard rooms, no view but the room was still beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and stay in an ocean front room. Only place well stay on the island!

This is a great location on the island. The staff was very polite and helpful with everything. The rooftop bar had great views and good drinks. We couldn’t go in the ocean on the property cuz of the waves, but north beach is just a short couple minute walk away. Plus, it was nice to lay on our beach since it was very private. We usually don’t go in the water much so it didn’t bother us. We most likely would go to the same hotel again next time we are on the island.

We stayed for 7 nights in a 4th floor room, ocean facing. The room was very nice with well running AC, adequate hot water in the large shower and the bonus of a floor standing new air purifier. The front desk ladies provided outstanding service with patience and grace (we ask lots of questions)! The rooftop bar was open! Angel served wonderful drinks to us as we watched the moon and stars while listening to the waves nightly…..truly a magical place to end your evening! Ahhh…the spa! We treated ourselves to several massages with Maria. 90 minutes for $90USD is outstanding! Maria does a fantastic job and we were rewarded with total relaxation! We did rent a golf cart for 8 hours from HS; it was a better deal than renting from the street vendors and ran like a scared rabbit! Felines Fiestas to Angel, Maria, Aylin, Millie and Cesar!
