Hotel Secreto

Everyone was nice and it was clean!

In all my travels, I’ve only found a few hotels I would go back to and this at the top of that short list. We were in room 309 and had a lovely view. The rooms are huge, nice king sized bed that was really comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the huge deck. I loved that there was a screen on the door that you can shut to let the sound in and keep the bugs out. Every worker we encountered was kind, friendly and went out of their way for any need we had. Housekeeping was AWESOME. The hotel was so quiet, you didn’t even realize other people were staying there. It was in a quiet location with mere steps to the hustle and bustle. Reasons for giving it a 4 (well if I could I would say 4.5) instead of 5…. The rooftop deck/bar was closed the entire time we were there. It was one of the reasons we booked this spot. Although the room had an espresso machine, I would have preferred getting coffee. There is plenty of room to have a dresser of some sort and that would have been nice as there was nowhere to put clothes. I also wish they had beds set up on the beach without having to request them. But really this is me nitpicking. I would 100% return.

This was our first time at this property. We had stayed close to it before so we knew the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, Eileen was a blessing when it came to any concierge service we needed. The roof top bar offered a spectacular view.

Beautiful views from our balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Nespresso machine and coffee were a nice amenity. Very clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location is tucked away from the noise of the main attractions but close enough to walk a few steps to anything! Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in a hidden part of North beach area. Very comfortable beds. Excellent staff. Great views. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and ferry.

Shhhh!! Best kept secret on the island.. I kinda didn't want to write this review because I don't want others to know, but they deserve a HUGE shout out!! First off to ALL the staff and especially Eileen, she was so helpful words can't describe. EILEEN you know , my luggage, thank you again. We'll kept,nice pool, great cove beach, so accommodating, great staff, great pool bartender, beautiful sunset roof top bar, clean and safe. Also near everything if your thinking of going just go you won't be disappointed. Thank you again for everything we will back next year and the next and the next!!!
