The property was safe, the staff are very helpful and personable. The rooms are clean and cold. Great views and roof top bar with a view of the area.

Very nice comfortable room! Secluded but easy walking to Hidalgo for food and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Saw several loggerhead sea turtles come on the the hotel beach to lay their eggs.

Close to North Beach, clean, beautiful property.

Hotel Secreto is a beautiful property. Everyone we encountered was splendid, cordial, and helpful. The hotel is a true gem, wonderful rooms, the pool is amazing, the rooftop bar is great and it is in walkable distance to a lot of local restaurants and most importantly, Playa Norte, a true gem. We had a great stay, and we can not wait to go back.

Hotel Secreto is a wonderful hotel walking distance to restaurants and beach! We had a wonderful time during our stay and definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet hotel close to the action of the beach and Hidalgo street!

Great boutique hotel

We recently stayed at Hotel Secreto for 3 nights. We had the best experience, the staff was outstanding and Maria in the spa gave me the best massage I ever had!

Our trip to Isla Mujeres was magical, thanks to Hotel Secreto and the staff there! I traveled to Isla Mujeres with my girlfriend, and a ring, looking to propose to her. The team at the front desk, especially Mili, helped me plan an amazing night for the planned proposal. She helped us book dinners, taxis, a massage, and some special touches for the room on the night I planned to propose. The proposal was a success, and I couldn’t have made the night this special without Hotel Secreto’s professional staff. We spent several evenings at Hotel Secreto’s rooftop bar, with amazing service from Angel. The views from the rooftop bar and our ocean view room were some of the best on the island! It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and beaches from the hotel. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate our lives and love at this lovely property again soon.
