Nice hotel and location

Beds are tired and saggy

From having a massage booked minutes after arrival to making use of the sauna, pool and jacuzzi. Staff made me feel comfortable in their welcoming and availability. A definite future revisit coming up.

A large wedding was held at two of their suites with some of the younger kids playing and shouting at times around the foyer and near our dining area. It would have been better if staff had asked them to be aware of the hotel guests. Still, it was not a major problem.

I liked the facilities

When I arrived after 4 hour journey I was a few hours early check in was 3 so after being told that there were rooms ready I could go in there would be a £20 extra charge ..as I was 2 hours early and ten for an hour early they had a scrap of paper on the counter looked hand written with theses new rules that looked like pocket money for staff ..I didn't see any of this in the booking terms on this site it wasn't handled proffesionally ..and it wasn't like the hotel seemed busy I was the only one checking in I was shattered so I left the hotel waited around for another two hours then they let me in my room

Nice comfortable rooms. Lots of space. Electric charging points . Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. Some nice staff

Busy after 9am in restaurant so running out of breakfast items.

Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast at a very good price. Spa was a welcome bonus.
