Dinner menu was a bit limited and pricey .

Gym facilities were good and the rooms were lovely and spacious.

No staff on reception and waited for 20minutes phoning with no answer. When staff eventually arrived, there was no welcome or sorry for the wait, no courtesy at all. Breakfast was also disappointing, i booked the room on purpose without breakfast as we didn’t need to eat a lot that morning but we were seemed to have to pay £17 each for all you can eat breakfast which wasn’t great and nor value for money with no other options given.

Great value, spacious suite. Complementary goodies in fridge. Breakfast was a lovely selection.clean.

The significantly reduced size of the pool for children due to the lane border which was not advertised on the website or in the photographs.

A very relaxed, very enjoyable few days. We had our best hotel experience for many a year. A very pleasant, spacious room. Excellent staff service and attitude. The quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. And, lastly, excellent value. Well done everyone.
