Centrally located in Newbury. Free parking and an excellent breakfast included.tea and coffee facilities in the room including iron and board and a hair drier. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel offered comfortable lounge dining room and bar facilities. Free WiFi and a telephone in the room. Beds were comfy and the shower had really good hot water.

No fridge or safe in the room. No lifts to upper floors.

Central to town.

Bit tired. Stained carpet. Very limited menu. I had the cabbage vegetable main but rock hard and cold. Husbands meal ok but just burger ad chips

Nicely appointed room with dual aspect windows and comfortable beds. Breakfast was buffet style which we prefer. Friendly helpful staff. Nice location and convenient parking. Nice garden area to sit in.

The lack of lifts made it a bit of a trawl to the second floor.
