It was nice and quiet

It was convenient for what we needed. Only needed somewhere to sleep.

Room was dirty, hotel had bed bugs, the front desk person was snobby

Really nice clean room. Would be happy to stay again. Heat and air worked well and the appliances all functioned appropriately for room 207.

Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming, to say the least. Despite requesting early check-in, our request was not honored, and there was minimal communication or transparency around the delay. The one bright spot was a gentleman at the front desk who was responsive, provided updates on our room status, and genuinely tried to make things right — his effort is the only reason this isn't a lower rating. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell flat. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room had a very small television that couldn’t be viewed from both beds, which was inconvenient. Outside the property, there was an excessive number of spiders, which made sitting or walking outside unpleasant. To top things off, a member of our group became sick during the stay, and when we attempted to clean up, the housekeeper was not only unhelpful but also rude and disrespectful — not the kind of treatment you'd expect in a situation where some empathy would go a long way. Overall, I would give this stay a 4/10. Poor communication, uncomfortable accommodations, and a lack of professionalism from staff (with one exception) made this a stay we wouldn’t choose to repeat.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds. My kids were fighting all night

Thought that i had paid a pet deposit when using expedia then had to pay when i arrived. Pools are out of order for maintenance and look like they have been for some time. Not all of the pictures on the website are of thos hotel. Could have had a hotel of thos caliber for $200 cheaper. 32" tv advertised. Tv os only 32"

They never bring a new fringe to our room we end up buying ice for our food

Good place to crash for a night without much expectations
