Great Lakes Inn

Great staff , they were great at helping and supporting our needs.. unfortunately the place was pretty dirty , not a great place to stay. But in a pinch it’s cheap enough!

Run down, no front desk help. But for the price it was worth it.

We booked short notice, less than 24hrs. Arrived at property and the lobby was closed, pool and hot tub were closed. Did not even look like it was open . We tried to cancel but they would not give us a refund. We ended up eating the fees and going to a different location

Very old and dirty. Will never be back and i will Never recommend this place to anyone

No desk service, it was next door at the Thunderbird Motel. The room was modest, but the odor of disinfectant spray was upsetting. The beds were of minimal comfort. We were touring all day and returned after 9 pm to find no cleaning had been done and we would be sharing a towel in the morning. The odor was still disturbing. We booked a room at another hotel.

The room had an awful moldy stinky smell. The TV remote didn’t work. The light in the bathroom didn’t turn off. The AC unit makes this awful high pitch screeching noise. The pool water was from a hose coming from another room in the building.The bed felt like cement and the pillows were as thin as paper. I’ll never be back!

Property has no office had to go to different property to check in.. Rooms are dated but clean. Pool and hotub are inoperable and dirty. Outside pool hasnt been opened or clean in a long time.. Website offers continental breakfast..But... Was offered a half off coupon for a local restaurant... Very misleading on Expedia...

Nice clean place needs coffee and breakfast

Smells horrible in room. First room they gave us was still dirty. Pool was good but cold. Hot water took forever to get hot and no pressure. Beds not very comfortable.
