Very good location. Close to the airport and Port Ghalib. Nice atmosphere and great service. Clean rooms and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel. Excellent snorkeling and diving conditions. Beautiful coral reef. I recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful — just a short walk from a beautiful beach and the promenade, and conveniently close to the airport. The views are stunning and create a perfect holiday atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of attractions, and the Magic Team deserves special recognition. They take great care of both children and adults, and I truly admire their work. Mario, in particular, is an excellent animator who brings so much energy and joy to the guests. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Although it would be good to pay a bit more attention to details such as cleaning under the beds or washing the curtains from time to time, the housekeeping staff did a solid job overall. The restaurants, bars, and waiters were outstanding. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh. There were also many activities for children and a fantastic aqua park, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of clear information regarding the use of facilities across the neighboring hotels. At Coral, I was told that the all‑inclusive package allowed access to all attractions, bars, and restaurants in the nearby hotels. However, on several occasions staff members asked for additional payment. It seemed to depend on the person you spoke to, which should not be the case. This policy needs to be clearly communicated and transparent for all guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and with clearer information about shared facilities, it would be truly perfect.

This is a wonderful hotel with direct access to the beach and the reef, which you can admire from the pier. The hotel offers all the amenities you could need, and the staff is very friendly and professional, especially Mr. Harb, who was a great help to me during my stay. I really enjoyed the meals at the hotel restaurant, which served a wide selection of delicious dishes. It was a truly wonderful vacation.

I have been coming to Jaz Lamaya Hotel for many years. There are many other hotels nearby, but why do I always choose this one? First and foremost, because of the people and the staff – they are incredibly helpful, wonderful, and exceptionally kind. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire reception team, especially Mr. Harb, who is always very helpful and a truly kind-hearted person I would also like to thank the General Manager Ahmed , who always greets me in the morning with warmth, kindness, and a beautiful smile. Even though the hotel is very large, I never feel anonymous there. Thank you all very much for making every stay so special. I truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to coming back again and again.

I stayed for four nights to dive the Red Sea, and Jaz Lamaya was ideal for proximity to Coraya Bay Divers. The grounds were immaculate, the staff were all super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel helped me arrange a taxi both ways to Hurghada airport. The food was good, but I did find it a bit confusing to understand where the pool/beach menu was available (I was sent between the restaurant and the beach huts and ultimately just settled for what was available at the beach huts), and had difficulty trying to book an a la cart dinner at one of the other restaurants due to availability and the days they were open. Overall, a great value for money and I plan to return for my next Red Sea adventure.
